Sandestin / Miramar Beach
Miramar Beach spans from the outer Destin city limits to Highway 30-A in South Walton, Florida on the Emerald Coast. This region includes the area commonly referred to as “Sandestin” by tourists and locals alike, which is the prominent Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort and it’s affiliate shopping centers.
Miramar Beach is very dense with shops, restaurants, and fabulous accommodations to stay at along the Emerald Coast. This region was developed after the city of Destin, when expansion spread to the East. Miramar Beach is typically noted for having newer homes and a more family-friendly atmosphere than surrounding regions.
Miramar Beach encompasses multiple landmarks typically referred to as being in the blanket region “Destin” such as the Santa Rosa Outlet Mall, Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort, Market Shops at Sandestin, Village of Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin, and Grand Boulevard Shopping Center.
You can shop popular name brand stores or one of many local thrift shops, enjoy your meal on a white table cloth or visit the local BBQ food truck, experience a resort-style beach or one of the beautiful open-aired public beach accesses… all within Miramar Beach, Florida.
