Where to Trick or Treat in Destin and on 30A 

October 31 isn’t the only day that kids can trick or treat in Destin, Florida and on 30A. There are several events and opportunities for your little ghouls and goblins to meet their candy quota this year. Put on your cute or creepy costumes and let’s get some sweets! 

Halloween Haunt at Destin Commons

Get a head start on your trick or treating with a family-friendly event at Destin Commons on October 25 from 6pm – 8pm.  Halloween Haunt will feature creepy crafts, fantasy face painting, trick-or-treating and a costume contest. Dress your kids and dogs in their bewitching best for a chance to win an assortment of prizes! 

After the contest, kids can go trick-or-treating at participating stores throughout the shopping center. With a variety of restaurants and business inside Destin Commons, there will be no shortage of candy! This frighteningly fun event offers a safe, friendly environment for kids to trick or treat in Destin, Florida.   

BooLu’s Trunk or Treat at Lulu’s

Grab a broomstick and fly in for some fun at the annual BooLu’s Halloween event at Lulu’s Destin on October 26 from 11am – 3pm. Enjoy a day full of Halloween festivities including pumpkin decorating, kid’s crafts, inflatable play area, kid’s costume contest and live music. 

And of course the most important part is the treats! At this Trunk of Treat event, there will be various businesses and non-profits on the LuLu’s grounds handing out candy to the little goblins. This family-friendly event is the perfect way to trick or treat in Destin, Florida. Plus it’s free to attend! 

PumpkinPalooza at HarborWalk Village

For more family fun, stop by Spook Street from 5pm to 9pm on Sunday, October 27. Celebrate Halloween on the Harbor with a scavenger hunt, costume contest and free kid’s activities. Plus they can visit each shop and restaurant for a treat. At 8:30pm, the evening ends with a boo-ming fireworks display over the water. It’s a popular place to trick or treat in Destin, Florida for both locals and visitors. 

Trick or Treat Seaside 

If you’re looking to trick or treat on 30A, the charming community of Seaside is the place to be. From 4pm to 6pm on Halloween, ghosts, goblins and princesses can go door-to-door collecting candy from the magical merchants. You’ll also get to hear spooky stories from the Seaside Rep Theatre and do the monster mash with terrifying tunes in Central Square. Both locals and visitors love this Halloween tradition. Best of all, it’s free and open to the public! No tricks, just treats. 

Halloween on the BOOlevard at Grand Boulevard 

Get ready for a frightfully fun time for the entire family at Grand Boulevard on October 31. Dress your kids and dogs in their best costumes and make your way to Halloween on the BOOlevard from 4pm – 7pm. This festive event is free and open to the public. It’s a great place to trick or treat in Destin, as the kids can visit the participating stores and collect their candy. 

Trick or Treat Street in Baytowne Wharf

Everyone is welcome at The Village of Baytowne Wharf for a spooktacular extravaganza on Halloween from 6pm – 8pm. Trick or treat through the Village streets and visit merchants for a tasty treat. There will be live music from Steve Hall on the main stage, plus crafts and balloon animals for the kiddos. Make sure they stop by Coconut Kidz to enter the costume contest and enjoy free face painting. The eerie evening will end with a fantastic fireworks display at 8pm.
