Fabulous condo for family stay from David!
This is a comfy, luxurious and nicely laid-out condo. We stayed 5 days in this condo with 7 adults and 3 small children and the accommodations were perfect for us! Each bedroom having its own bathroom gave each family unit their own “suite” and getaway place to retreat to. The common areas (kitchen, dining room & living room) were spacious and very well appointed. AND… we all LOVED the wrap-around balcony with its gorgeous view of the gulf – panoramic of the entire area in fact. We enjoyed the outdoor grills with dining area and the incredible pool. The short 5-minute walk to the beach and other Hilton resort pools made it very convenient to take advantage of the beach and nearby properties. We are now even thinking of buying a condo in this Luau I tower due to the amenities and location and floor plans available!!! I would strongly recommend this condo for any family vacation.

This is a really nice place to stay. Shockingly economical for what it includes.The second bedroom is sort of an efficiency condo. Great for grandparents joining the family – it provides privacy. Nice to have a view of the beach. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all. The only item that management may want to fix is the dial on the washer/dryer falls off easily. Otherwise, everything was very nice. I will definitely return.

Had a great stay at this townhouse. The location was great with access to the beach. The view from the patio was lovely and the courtyard in the front was great for cooking out. The golf cart was a fun bonus. The updated decor was great. I would stay there again. We enjoyed the piano bar at Rum Runners at Baytowne® and we always enjoy the restaurants at Baytowne® and Grand Boulevard. We come to Sandestin® every year for a convention and we would stay here again.

Had a wonderful time here over Mother’s Day weekend. Plenty of room for our family to spread out (6 adults, 1 child) with a nice pool and very close to the beach. Beach chairs and umbrella were very useful, and kitchen had everything we needed to make a dinner or two at home. Would definitely return!

Hello! This condo was perfect for our family vacation! The condo was spacious, clean and modern. The resort was beautiful and our kids loved the heated pool. Perfect location. This property is only steps away from the beach and a short ride away from shops and the Baytowne® Village.

What a wonderful week in this adorable condo. So comfortable and cozy. The view of the beach, golf course, resort was outstanding. So relaxing listening to the waves meet the beach. We have never stayed in such a clean building. The daily team was so friendly; they obviously love what they do. Keeping the lobbies, elevators, grounds so clean, tidy and smelling fresh. We look forward to return to the Westwinds. Thanks for a wonderful week!
