Where to Celebrate Halloween in Destin and on 30A 

Get ready for a spooktacular Halloween on 30A and in Destin! From festive events that your ghouls and goblins are sure to love to themed bike rides and everything in between, there are numerous ways to have a hauntingly good time in your favorite beach towns this Halloween.  

The Village of Baytowne Wharf 

Trick or Treat Street is back at The Village of Baytowne Wharf on Saturday, October 31. From 6pm to 8pm, your little ones can visit merchants for their favorite treats. This free event also features live music, crafts, balloon animals and a costume contest at Coconut Kidz. The evening will end with a spooky fireworks display at 8pm. It’s a great way for the whole family to celebrate Halloween in Destin. 

Halloween on the Harbor 

This bewitching bash on October 31 isn’t just about Halloween— it also celebrates the culmination of the 72 nd Annual Destin Fishing Rodeo . Wear your costume and join Rodeo Captains, Anglers, Rodeo Judges, Miss Destin and staff at the largest Halloween party in Destin. This fun night ends with a bang as AJ’s sponsors the fireworks finale!

Spooktacular Nights at HarborWalk Village 

Celebrate Halloween in Destin with two nights of festive events at HarborWalk Village . On Friday, October 30 at 6:30pm, stop by for Boos & Booze Bingo and a Pub Crawl & Concert on the main stage. Spook Street will be held Saturday, October 31 starting at 6pm. Ghouls and goblins of all ages will enjoy trick or treating and costume contests. The enchanting evening ends with a fireworks show that starts at 9pm.

Witch Ride Benefiting Children’s Volunteer Health Network 

Enjoy a festive bike ride along 30A while raising money for a good cause! The Witch Ride is an annual Halloween charity bike ride that benefits Children’s Volunteer Health Network . This year there will be three Santa Rosa Beach rides including the Founders Ride (October 30 at 7am), Sunset Ride (October 30 at 5:30pm) and the Goblin Ride (October 31 at 10am). Emerald Coast Theatre Company Presents Cabaret on the Boo-levard

Join beloved Emerald Coast Theatre Company actors on Tuesday, October 20 at 7:30pm for a spooky night with your favorite hair-raising Broadway show tunes. Spine-chilling selections include songs from Wicked , The Addams Family and Beetlejuice . 

Barktoberfest at Grand Boulevard 

Your dog will want to celebrate Halloween in Destin, too! Barktoberfest , an annual doggie social and fundraising event for Dog-Harmony , will be held at Grand Boulevard on Saturday, October 24 from 5pm to 7pm. Attendees and their pets are encouraged to dress in their Halloween best and enjoy a canine-only trick-or-treating event. The winner of best “Pet & Parent Matching Costume” will be announced at 6:30pm. Throughout the event, guests will also enjoy light bites, libations and raffle drawings. 

Have a Halloween Celebration at Your Vacation Rental 

Halloween may look a little different this year and if you aren’t comfortable attending events, there are plenty of ways to celebrate Halloween on 30A from your  vacation rental
