Amazing views from the Condo, from the beach, to the surrounding neighborhoods and the Baytown Golf Course. The unit has a lot of glass doors and windows. It was nice and peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very nice unit with great amenities. Had one question about the tv service and they had maintenance there within 10 min to address. Been staying there for 15-20 years.

We really liked the unit and the property, HOWEVER, the bed was in need of replacement! It was soft and sagged where people have slept so much so that my wife had to sleep on the couch for several days, and we left a day early because we were both so exhausted. We called the management company on the second but they said it was replaced 2 years ago and IF that is the case, it was very poor quality. Its a shame that this happened because everything else was so good.

Sandestin golf and beach resort far exceeded our expectations. So many things to do at the resort to keep every family happy. Our room was very clean, well equipped, and a perfect location. Beautiful beach views, and very close to the elevator. The pool was much bigger than the pictures, with a wonderful tiki bar. I highly recommend My Vacation Haven. I loved how easy check in was. My Vacation Haven staff was super attentive to any question or issue we had.

Sandestin is a great place to vacation. It has beautiful grounds, beach and pool. I would recommend Westwinds to friends. Condo 4821 is a one bedroom on 14th floor which my husband and I felt was plenty of room for us and had beautiful views. My suggestion for 4821 is: it needs new paint and a new mattress. The kitchen supplies were limited and need to be replenished. The bedroom carpet was dirty and needed cleaning.

This was our first time to Sandestin resort, and we were very pleased. The property grounds are beautiful, well kept to a very high level, which is a big difference than just renting a stand alone unit on the beach. Over 2,000 acres on both sides of the highway, all the shopping, it is very nice.
We stayed in the Westwinds building and everything about it exceeded our expectations. I currently work in the field of facility support and I am knowledgeable on what standards and expectations are on public buildings.
First, Security to get onto the resort property, security to enter the parking covered parking garage, security to enter the building. We never worried about our car getting broken into or things stolen from it. We felt and knew we were safe from any uninvited visitors.
Second, The building itself is like a very nice hotel, inside and outside, the maintenance was very good, elevators all working and never a wait of more than 10-15 seconds, floors and walls all in very good condition.
Third, our room was terrific, for my wife and I, the 1 bedroom unit was more than big enough, with balconies beach front and a side balcony that we could view miles down the beach. Everything worked! The pictures and descriptions in the listing were terrific and accurate. No surprises. In rental units, most of the time there is usually something broken or worn out. Not here. There were several very small things with paint and scratches, but very minor. Surprising to us was how quiet the building was. We did not hear anything from any of the other rooms. The location was perfect for us.
Fourth, Vacation Haven property management company also exceeded our expectations. They had all the necessary supplies nicely packaged into the unit, the unit was spotless, they use the Hospitality phone app that has all your needed information, security codes, instructions, places to visit, eat, etc.
Summary: Exceeded our expectations in all areas.

4821 Westwinds was fantastic! The condo was very clean and the beach access and pool area were great. We loved the ability to rent beach chairs and umbrellas and the bar/snack stand at the pool area was open during the day and they served on the beach as well. Parking was convenient. Fitness facility although small was very nicely equipped. Location within the area was great for shopping/dining and entertainment!

Clean, comfortable, and easy! We had a great time! The room was wonderful, bed was comfortable, and the view was amazing. Comes with passes to use the Tram- download the Sandestin app to see the location of the tram in real-time, and see the routes. Property is well maintained and the staff is friendly.

This is the first time in this building. This one bedroom unit is spacious! Double sinks in the bathroom...two balconies for great views. We watched a pod of dolphins chase a school of fish from our balcony.
The pool (heated)and the surrounding area was a great place to relax.
The last week of April was a great time to enjoy the beach and restaurants without the crowds.

We had the best family vacation! We stayed 4 nights in this condo and it was super clean, great amenities, and beautiful balcony views! Multiple balconies over looking the prettiest views of the ocean, resort, and city of Destin! My children cannot wait to come back! We loved the staff at the resort, parking was easy, condo was clean, very easy to access, great location! This property and My Vacation Haven made this trip easy and successful!

Along with those views we were able to see the ocean and the beautiful marine life swim by when the water was calm. The condo had most everything that we needed for the week and was clean. We definitely enjoyed our time here and will be back. The only recommendation I would make is there was not enough outside chairs for the deck. The deck that faces the west only had a table, so unless we wanted to move the chairs from deck to deck, we had to stand to watch the sunset. It would have been nice to have chairs on both decks. Loved every minute of the views from this condo. The Sandestin resort is beautiful and well would have been nice to have the choice of not using the tram passes which were $54 for 2 since we did not use them.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone who has a long weekend to enjoy being beach front or planning to stay over a week for vacation. My wife and I rented this place as our Plan B honeymoon and we enjoyed our time! With COVID going on during our wedding and honeymoon we got to have a relaxing time on the Gulf.

We had a phenomenal time staying there!! We celebrated our one year wedding anniversary. Surprised my wife with it. That had the best view we've seen, seeing the gulf, the sound and sunset. I grew up in FWB all my life and was the first time staying in Sandestin. Simple drive back to FWB this morning. Thanks again!

This Westwinds unit was immaculately clean and updated! Perfect size for our July 4 weekend and we enjoyed the patio the most!. All information was provided and so no need to reach out to management while staying there. The perfect beach getaway... I will be back!

Westwinds is a great condo in a great resort! The unit was very clean, spacious, great views, just all around a very good unit. Thecresirt and all the amenities of Baytowne is a favorite for us. We loved having the tram to take at night. The beaches are beautiful as well as the pool area very nice! We will definitely be back! Thanks for a great vacay!

This has been the best place we have stayed in the Destin area for the past 8 years. The condo was perfectly located right on the beach with beautiful views from both balcony’s. The condo was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is great having the 2 sinks. The condo is very quiet because it’s the only one on its hallway. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and clean unit. Bathroom has been recently remodeled with large shower. A plus is that there are beach chairs, etc. in unit for your use. Westwinds has it's own beach front, so it isn't as crowded as the main Sandestin beach access. The entire Sandestin resort is nice with many activities and you really never have to leave the property if you don't need to! I highly recommend this unit and Westwinds complex.

Everything about our experience was great! The condo was very clean and the appliances were new. We loved the pool side café. Our kids LOVED how close we were to the beach. We enjoyed the balcony every morning and evening. We liked that there was a guarded entrance to the complex. The location was perfect. We will DEFINITELY be back.
