Featuring 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms (a total of 2657 sq feet!) Sungria is just right for a Florida beach vacation, whether traveling with friends or family. In this three story home, the walls are in a luxurious and stylish contemporary gray, and artwork placed throughout the house give it a tasteful, homey feel. Granite in the bathrooms and kitchen is known as “white shores,” covered in shades of blacks, whites, and grays. The kitchen features top-notch modern appliances. It is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need whether you’re making a morning cup of hot coffee or a tray of freshly baked cookies. From a crock pot to a blender, this kitchen has it all! King-sized beds and full bathrooms welcome you into each of the 6 bedrooms. Just soak in the tub and then sleep well with sweet dreams of sand and surf.

Throughout the rest of the house, floors are tiled in a warm, wood plank style. A 2nd floor wood planked balcony offers a place to sit back in the ocean breeze and enjoy the views! In the backyard, patio tables and lounge chairs surround the private heated pool. The driveway provides ample parking for 4 vehicles. Ride the 6 seat golf cart from Sungria's fenced-in subdivision to the beach, just 3 blocks away!

If your requested dates aren’t available or if you’re looking for even more room, the home next door, Twist of Lime, is also available! Furnished and decorated with the same quality and attention to detail as Sungria, Twist of Lime is another home that is sure to please!

Nothkng but great things to say about our experience at Sungria! As soon as we booked the staff was very responsive to our text messages. The location of the house was even better than we expected. Having the gold cart made it easy to get everything to the beach and the walk was short for everyone. Being by Pompano Joes was a huge bonus. Great food and clean bathrooms.The pool was perfect for our family and the heater allowed us to enjoy the pool both day and night. The house is well maintained and clean. All bedrooms were very nice and equal in size. The beds were very comfortable and the pilllows were big and. Plentiful.Can’t say enough about the customer service. This was our first family trip to Destin and we will definitely return. Thanks so a great team!

This is the second year in a row that my family has rented this same house. It was great the first time and just as much the second.The house is strategic to thebl Gulf and the pool was fabulousA perfect place for a family reunion with kids of all ages.

Perfect home for our stay. We had 9 adults and 10 kids ages 2 months- 9 years old. Loved that all rooms had king size comfortable beds. We paid to have the pool heated and it was very warm, we used the pool daily. We all enjoyed the use of the golf cart, very nice addition to the property. The home was nicely stocked with plates, cups, silverware, pots and pans. We were grateful for the additional high chair, bed rails, pack and play along with all the beach toys, and Beach chairs. Loved the close proximity to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and the family time we had while there. Thank you.

Loved my stay. Plenty of room for 19 people. The pool was a hit especially for the kids since the the tropical storm was in effect and the beach was closed off. The walk wasn't to bad maybe 6-10 mins. Recommend a golf cart or a cart if you dont mind pulling your stuff. Overall would definently stay here again!

We were a multi-generational family spending a week in the sun. The house was perfect. We all had our own space and the gathering area was big. The out door space was ideal! We spent a lot of time in the pool and sitting in the FL sun. Only complaint was that we found out after that we had to pay a lot to heat a pool that was listed as an amenity and one of the reasons we chose this house.

We loved, loved, loved our rental property and private pool. We had 19 total people and did not feel we were on top of each other. Great kitchen, everything we needed and more. The property was very clean and ready for all our food and suitcases. What was sold to us was exactly what we got minus a bit of wear and tear. We had a few items that needed care and management took care of it quickly. Everyone said “let’s do this again”. It was a short walk to the beach and the beach was just beautiful. Wonderful wonderful time and awesome place to stay in. Would I recommend to friends and family, you bet I would!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sungria. The house isn't very far from the beach at all. The house was clean and in a great location. And the pool was an added plus. I would suggest a new dryer though. Would definitely stay there again.

We had 6 couples and three children for our vacation. Sungria was Everything we could have hoped for. Six really nice sized bedrooms, each with a king bed and private bathroom. The furniture was comfortable and there was plenty of seating in the living room and by the pool. We all had a great time. The only downside was lack of water pressure in the showers. Otherwise it was fabulous!

This house was beyond amazing! Plenty of bedrooms for 11 adults and 5 children. The best part of this house was the private swimming pool right outside your back door. Beautiful home! Close enough to walk to the beach. Our family will definitely book another trip to this house. One recommendation, a golf cart. Plenty of the homes nearby provided golf carts which seemed very convenient.
