Filled with natural light from the bank of windows at the back, the house features gray plank flooring throughout, distinct shiplap walls, bright white cabinets, solid surface counters, with all-new stainless steel appliances, which highlight the heart of this home. With stools at the counter and a large farmhouse table with comfortable seating for 8, you will be able to host family and friends in a warm and inviting setting adjacent to the kitchen so no one is left out of the conversation.

When the meal is over or looking for a place to tuck away and read a book, relax in the side lounge area in comfortable club chairs and sofa, For families, this allows parents to enjoy conversation with a view of the 17th fairway, while other members of the family can enjoy the big TV lounging on 2 large sofas in comfort on the opposite side of the house. Need some downtime? Enjoy the family friendly games (cards, Scrabble, dominos, Pictionary, and UNO) set inside the armoire.

Take the provided 6-passenger golf cart to the beach or resort pool to relax in the sunshine and go swimming during the day, or over to the marina to go on a charter fishing trip. Golfers and golf enthusiasts alike can delight in the oversized back patio with golf course views and a new Weber Gas BBQ grill.

The Master Bedroom with en suite is a comfortable, fully updated oasis with all new modern fixtures, yet keeps to a bright coastal vibe with handcrafted shower and floor tiles and imported oversized vanity with ample storage.

The second bedroom is equally inviting, also with a king size bed, and plenty of storage and closet space.

The “bunk room” features bunk beds for the kids, but also has a comfortable full-size bed to accommodate additional guests.

The second large full bathroom features double sinks, walk in shower and plenty of storage and hooks.

    Our family of 6 was very comfortable here. The only real issue for us was the golf cart. It worked fine but the breaks were in real need of repair. It was hard to stop the cart and the emergency break did not work. Otherwise the place was clean, bright, and appropriate for what we needed.

    The property was exactly as described! My girls loved the bunkbeds, the second bathroom with its two sinks was excellent and there were plenty of spaces in the bathroom and the hallway to hang beach towels to dry! And a starter kit in the bathroom, included shampoo and aloe, and the kit in the kitchen was great to do a load of laundry and wash dishes! We really enjoyed the golf cart. Property was clean, check in was easy and trash receptacle is nearby!

    We visited Destin with our 4 children (ages 21-26) for a family vacation. This is our first time staying in the Sandestine Resort and we will definitely be back! The house worked out great even with 7 of us staying in the 3 bedroom. It was clean and decorated nicely with all the necessities. They had great little welcome boxes with starter packs of your needed items in the bathrooms and kitchen. I would recommend this house and location with no hesitation. The golf cart was a definite added bonus and works great!

    We loved everything about our stay. The location, golf, amenities and cleanliness was superb… golf cart is a necessity. Morning runs, fishing etc were also enjoyable. Would definitely stay again!

    We had a great time. Only problem was then the storm came through, it cracked the windshield on the golf cart. I called maintenance to report it but never heard a word back. I just do not want to be billed a lot for someone that we had no control over. I hate it happened.

    We had such a wonderful week in your vacation home. It was so beautiful and the openness of the kitchen and den was so nice. We spent a lot of time on the nice patio with such a peaceful view of the golf course. We used the golf cart for everything from going to the beach , to dinner, the grocery and just cruising around. The house was clean and we have everything we needed. We will hopefully return soon!

    "This house is the best vacation rental. They do a fantastic job of providing a welcoming place, with tasteful decorating, soft towels, comfortable bedding. They provide top-notch service with excellent communication. This home is spacious, with 3 bedrooms. There are several options for room setup. The home is very close to the main shopping/restaurant area of Miramar Beach. Gas grill and outside seating area great. We rarely used our car during our stay thanks to the Golf Cart!

    Home was well equipped and clean. Golf Cart was a great convenience for moving around resort with elderly parents.

    My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at my vacation Haven's house it was conveniently located the amenities we're above expectations the cleanliness of the house in the comfort of 7 guests made us feel like we were at home.let me stress again the cleanliness of the house was comforting the communication with my vacation Haven was excellent and it when we are in the area we will use their services again.

    This was our 2nd year staying at this property. We absolutely love it! The property is exactly as described and looks like the pictures. Everything feels so comfy and cozy, we feel like home when we are there. The neighborhood is awesome too, everyone is friendly, its quiet and there is plenty to do! We're looking forward to our 3rd trip next year!!

    Design and layout of the place was wonderful. Felt bigger than it actually is. Well appointed and taste of style. Back porch area with seating and the ability to grill was fantastic. The golf cart made getting to and from the beach a breeze. We absolutely loved this place and plan to return.

    This house is great!! It has 2 sitting areas with a TV in each, 2 bedrooms have TV's and the third with bunk beds does NOT have one. The floors are simple and I wasn't worried about my kids on them. The dining table is huge and can definitely accommodate a bigger family. Kitchen was clean and ready to go(I think I had everything I needed).
    Master bedroom has 2 good sized closets along with a dresser.
    The patio area is quite large with seating.

    The only things we found weren't ideal were:
    1. Dryer made a terrible sound through each load. I reported this to management and the cleaning crew.
    2. Master bathtub was clogged and shower pressure was not ideal.
    3. I didn't stay near long enough!! Lol

    Overall it was pretty awesome!

    This home was perfect for our family vacation. We had 5 adults and 2 kids and we all slept comfortably. My kids loved the bunk beds! The home was clean and the decor was nice and updated. The open concept kitchen, dining room and living rooms was the best part. We had to buy just about everything needed for this rental, right down to the salt and pepper, olive oil, toilet paper and laundry detergent. A starter kit of these items was available on arrival: 4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, and one packet of laundry detergent. We loved having the use of the 6 person golf cart. We drove it all over the resort, even to the beach!

    Better than expected

    The images for this home is 100% accurate. The entire house was clean and fresh. The golf cart was a bonus. I had one little issue with tub clogging, but within minutes the maintenance team arrived and fixed it. The dryer squeaked, but it wasn't a big deal to me. It could be for others, but it was a cute squeak that kept us laughing. I experienced great communication with the management team before and during the trip. Everything was easy and smooth. I will definitely be back next year.
