Whether you’re looking for a quick trip away or a summer home away from home, this 4th floor 30A vacation condo mixes classy vibes with comfy digs. This top floor penthouse condo offers 10-foot ceilings and sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably. The master bedroom has a king bed, en suite bath and small sitting area with access to a spacious balcony. The guest suite is equipped with a queen bed and en suite bath. This thoughtful vacation home also has a separate bunk room with twin beds to sleep an additional two guests.

Speaking of guests, you’ll enjoy entertaining in the open concept living area. Not only can you cook and socialize in style in this high end kitchen, but you can all see the beauty of the Gulf Coast and lake right from your balcony. Equipped with seating and a table, this oversized outdoor space is the perfect spot to have a cup of coffee as you take in the sunrise or a glass of wine to enjoy the breathtaking gulf sunsets. There’s no better place for catching up with loved ones or finally picking up that book you’ve been wanting to read.

When you’re ready to kick off your vacation, head down to the pool or hot tub. You’ll have everything you need from seating to sun, but the true beginning to a 30A vacation starts when you dig your toes into the sugar white sand of Santa Rosa Beach. Use your private walkway to get to the emerald waters directly from your condo. Beach Chair service is provided. This includes two beach chairs and one umbrella readily available for you! Beach chair service is only available March through October.

    We had the best experience with both San Remo 403 and My Vacation Haven. The reservation process was seamless and very easy. We received all the necessary codes ahead of time and got access to the unit on time. The unit is exactly as it is shown in the photos - clean, neutral, and very comfortable! The bunk room is tiny, but it worked for our kids - and there is a box fan that was in the secondary bedroom closet that we were able to use in there for some additional air circulation. The kitchen had everything we needed (although we admittedly didn't cook much this trip). I especially appreciated the food storage containers for leftovers/cut up fruits and veggies! My Vacation Haven provided cute little boxes with kitchen/laundry supplies and also bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap) to get us through the first few days. There were plenty of towels, which was very much appreciated! I would absolutely stay in this unit again and highly recommend San Remo 403 for a lovely Santa Rosa Beach stay.

    The condo was nicely updated on the inside and was a great location, nice and close to the beach. Some of the boogie boards were showing some wear n tear but it was still great to have a trunk full of beach toys and chairs to use. Beautiful views, especially sunset.

    Condo was exactly like pictured. Everything was very clean, beds were exactly comfortable. Kitchen had everything we need to cook meals. Great view! We would definitely recommend this condo to others.

    Booked several nights during the "Spring Break" week to visit family nearby. The unit is immaculate, modern, updated and very comfortable. Amazing views up and down the coast from the 4th floor balcony. Kids enjoyed the extra space and the heated pool/hot tub. Kitchen well stocked. Easy walk out onto the beach.

    We had a wonderful stay in unit 403!!! This was one of the best vacations my family and I have ever had. San Remo does not disappoint. This condo is very spacious and super clean. The beds are extremely comfortable and the water pressure in the showers leave you longing for that at home. The pool is huge and heated!! If your like me and don’t like to be cold this is a perk. We made such wonderful friends on our vacation and can’t wait to come back next year!

    We had a great time at unit 403 in San Remo. The unit is in great shape, overlooks the heated pool which was key for our kids and the large hot tub is a huge plus. Check-in/pout was very easy and we would definitely stay here again.

    We returned to this same location because we love the quiet area and good restaurants nearby. The condo was clean and has great access to the beach. The property manager does a great job and is very friendly as well as helpful! She gets 5 stars! Our only complaint would be the unbelievably loud neighbors on our last night that kept us up until midnight!

    We had a great stay! Beautiful condo and lots of space for our family of 5. Clean, comfortable and well stocked with all the essentials. The only downside we found was that there was no way of bolting the door from the inside. My daughter who is 20 months old kept opening the door and running outside. We had to put a chair in front of the door to ensure that she would not sneak out.

    We have stayed at San Remo many times and all of the units are fine. 403 appeared to be new. The decor was great. The furniture was very comfortable. All of the needed utensils were there. Not sure if a deal was made for beach set ups, but we used them and never was approached. The set ups were put up early in the AM. Very convenient. We had a great stay and would recommend too all.

    Will def stay there again.

    My only suggestion would be to have a more visible sign at the entrance of San Remo.
