This beautiful single family home is located in the tree lined family friendly neighborhood of Crystal Lake located within the gated Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort. The backyard has been completely redone with a large private pool with a waterfall and lounging sundeck in the pool and new landscaping with palm trees and lighting for an amazing vacation experience.

This home also has a brand new BBQ grill, screened porch with a Smart TV. Also outside you will find a 6 seat golf cart and a 4 seat golf cart so you can cruise the resort in style.

Take the two golf carts to the beach when you're tired of lounging by the private pool. A private tunnel under highway 98 allows golf cart access to the beach and more. When you get back to the house, there is plenty of parking in the circular driveway and extra driveway leading to the garage.

When you are ready for some inside time, the interior of this home is just as amazing as the outside. You will find an open concept living room, dining room and living area; all of which have been completely remodeled and furnished beautifully.

You will find an oversized laundry room if you want to keep things clean while you're on vacation. When it's time to retire for the evening, there is a one bedroom suite on the first floor and the other three guest bedrooms, a bathroom and a master suite on the second floor.

    It's always great. We have met the owners and they are so nice. James even offered to help us get to the airport because we had a late flight. This was the 3rd time we have stayed here. The pool is awesome and the golf carts are great as well. I would recommend this place to anyone.

    MyVacationHaven is amazing. The staff is so friendly and helpful. 2040 feels like home. You will want to stay forever ;)The pool is beautiful. The golf carts are fun to take to the beach and/or Baytowne. 100% we would stay here again.

    We had an awesome time!!! The private pool was the great since we have a two year old and the golf carts were an added bonus. They made going back and forth to the beach very convenient and my two year old son loved riding on them. We will definitely try to rent this house again next year. It was perfect for our family. The house itself was clean and very cozy.

    Our stay at Crystal 2040 was absolutely perfect... The house had everything we needed, and was immaculately clean. The pool was awesome, the neighborhood was beautiful and you could get to so many restaurants and shopping centers close by... Either by car or golf cart. Before coming, we had no idea that the neighbor hood had so many amenities. I would recommend advertising a map of the Sandestin Resort (or at least making one available to guests when they do arrive) because I don't think people understand what they are getting access to before they was an extremely pleasant surprise! It was so awesome to have the golf carts available to us and the beach toys and beach chairs. The only issue we experienced was that the washer was having a bit of trouble but that didn't do anything to really deter our experience!

    Our stay in Crystal Lake was perfect. We honestly could not come up with a single complaint. The house was clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was spacious with nice appliances, pots/pans, dishes, etc. we absolutely loved that it had its own pool, especially since our little ones took afternoon naps. The golf carts were great for getting around! We love that Sandestin feels clean and safe and we went on family walks daily. Thank you for opening your home to us for the week!
