Unit 8501 is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo that sleeps up to 10 comfortably making this the perfect option for large families and friend groups looking to make lasting memories on the Gulf. When you walk into the rental, you’ll be greeted by a spacious foyer and rustic décor. The main living area consists of an open concept floor plan providing space and comfort for everyone in your party. The large kitchen features stainless steel appliances, wood cabinetry, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar for added seating. Cook up a stellar meal and enjoy it at the 6-person dining table which is surrounded by windows and beautiful views of the lake. Don’t be afraid to take that meal into your private screened porch! Equipped with chairs, tables, couches, and grill, you’ll want to start your mornings slow, enjoy a family meal, and watch the sunset from this prime spot. This bayside gem features 3 bedrooms, each with their own private bath. The master offers a king bed and en suite with double vanity, walk-in shower, and soaker tub. Great location inside resort and proximity to surrounding locations. Great for family's that want a single floor unit with plenty of space to sprawl out. Golf cart was very nice and convenient for travel around the resort. Don't miss out on this unit!

My wife and I had a wonderful and relaxing stay. We have rented this beautifully appointed property numerous times over the years. We love the peacefulness and privacy of the screened in porch overlooking the water. The upgraded golf cart made the short trip to the beach and Baytowne Wharf a luxury ride. We highly recommend this property.

This unit was very large and open with tons of windows. The Golf Cart was very nice. If you have a family and like to cook the kitchen was completely stocked with appliances, even crock pot and air fryer. Very close to pool and Baytowne.

Our 3rd stay in this unit. Great upgrades since last year with new bedding in the 2 guest rooms and an amazing golf cart upgrade. Might be one of the nicest golf carts on Sandestin. We will be staying here again.

My family and I had a great time staying here! The condo was clean and in a great location. We had a blast riding the golf cart around the property and to the beach, and the Baytowne Wharf being right there was super convenient.

Great Place to Stay in Sandestin

We rented for 8 nights during March 2023 and the place was fantastic, suited our needs well. All one floor layout, which worked very well. All bedrooms were big and lots of space for 6 guests. Golf Cart was in fantastic condition, almost new and is a must have if you are staying in Sandestin (our first time). Honestly, the lukewarm reviews were really based on environmental factors and should be overlooked. Only thing I would say is that the BBQ isnt something you want to use. It is time for a refurb or replacement of the burners. That said, I didnt have to bbq this week, so a silver lining. There is some work being done on the patio wall near stairs however it was all cleaned up and wasn't an issue. During our stay I didnt need to call the property company and everything was in the app and ready to go at check-in. They also provide starter kit for soaps etc and there are some staples available (salt/pepper/paper-towels/TP) to get you started. Will be staying here again next visit to Destin!

Overall we really loved our stay. The townhome was very spacious. Lots of storage. Equipped with everything we needed including beach equipment. Loved the location. Our only complaint was the noise above us. �� Sounded like work was being done including a fridge getting moved out. We heard lots of stomping around until midnight and got woken up before 8am with more noise. The back patio area was so nice but the furniture wasn’t clean so we didn’t sit but you can go out and fish right on the lake.

Turnberry was absolutely perfect! Very close to everything as well, and the provided golf cart made it very easy to get around. Beautiful, spacious property, open area living and extremely clean. Loved the screened in outside room. They also have beach amenities such as tags, chairs, umbrella. There is not much to do when you check out, they've made it very easy. You just need to take what you brought and leave the trash for pickup outside. Great views as well. Highly recommend!

This condo is the perfect layout for a group- very spacious and comfortable. You never feel like you are walking on each other. Location is great and the garage was an awesome feature to leave our beach stuff!

Turnberry 8501 was a great place for our family to gather for spring break 2021. This condo was very spacious with large kitchen, and everything in it to make most of our meals for the week. It came equipped with with all of the amenities we wanted and then some. Beds were clean and comfortable. We were notified a couple of days before our stay that the dryer was broke but a part had been ordered and it would be fixed during the first part of our stay and it was. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. With the resort being so large, having the golf cart was definitely appreciated. Thank you for the lovely place to enjoy our long awaited spring break vacation!
