Enjoy spacious accommodations and serene privacy with this two bedroom, three bath condo at SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT® luxurious Bahia condominium. This unique accommodation features a one bedroom condo conveniently connected to a studio suite to make one perfect vacation home. Gather for breakfast, lunch or dinner in the fully equipped kitchen and adjacent dining area in the one bedroom condo. Spend a movie night together by the fireplace in the roomy living area with a flat panel television while the oversized balcony offers grand views of the picturesque bay. And the first floor location of the condo makes getting to the tropically landscaped pool area a breeze.

The studio suite is perfect for teenagers or grandparents to have their own space while not being far from family. The suite is equipped with its own kitchenette with mini fridge and microwave as well as an intimate dining and living area with a flat panel television. Both condos are beautifully decorated in Bahia’s contemporary South Beach feel, and combined have a king bed, queen bed, and a sleeper sofa. As an added feature, the condo has a handicap accessible roll-in shower with wheelchair access.

**Parking Fee Will Apply. $10 per reservation, good for length of stay. Once reservation is made with My Vacation Haven, we will register you and an email will be sent to you for you to register your vehicle and pay for your parking pass. One vehicle per unit.**

. Condo is exactly as described. My only suggestion is to remove the keurig from the pictures and the unit as it doesn’t work. That first morning you’ll have no coffee!

Home was very comfortable with a beautiful view of nature and the sunset over water. We appreciated the accessibility features as we travelled with someone who needed these accommodations. Beds were very comfortable, even the pull out couch. Wide open floor plan & some beach accessories for us to borrow. Henderson Beach isn’t far and is a much better experience than the resort beach. Resort patrons lock down the chair and umbrellas for days in advance & cover the ENTIRE beach, squishing everyone else to the waterline with zero elbow room. You won’t regret Henderson Beach for $6. Pool is beautiful and so close, Baytowne Wharf is too and a family fun blast! My only recommendations for improvement would be a refresh on the patio furniture and flexibility on check in/check out times as 10am and 4pm times are quite steep and rigid.

This was a great unit. We rented the one bedroom and the connecting studio suite beside it. Perfect location and excellent view from the balcony. My Vacation Haven was easy to work with and offered excellent communication.

Great condo in great location. We had one hiccup on arrival as we were not provided gate codes for the garage. This is CRITICAL as you can then be in a long line without a code then be forced to back up not only yourself, but everyone else in the line! Also, they are doing construction in the condo overhead and start that about 8:00 am every morning. Kinda hard to sleep in on your vacation when they are hammering and using loud power tools all day everyday!

Very nice accommodations with everything you need. A three minute walk to Baytowne so close to the restaurants and shopping. Nice view of the bay and breathtaking sunsets.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property, although it is clean it is dated. I think the carpet has a mildewy smell and needs replaced other than that everything was fine!

Loved our stay at Bahia condo. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us to spread out. The Village area was an easy walk. Beds were so comfy that we need to what kind they were to add to our bed at home. The view from the porch was peaceful and relaxing

This is the second year we have stayed in this rental property. The rooms are well furnished and the property immaculate. Before we got to the property, we were notified that an electrition would be by to replace some lights. When they (there were 2 men) arrived, we were in the property and the men were respectful and quick to do their jobs. We will stay there again next year if it is available to us. The staff is great and the room is wonderful!

We (2 couples) really enjoyed our stay and already plan on coming back only longer next time. Terrace was wonderful, wish there was a table to eat and play cards out there though. Beds were comfy.

We can't say enough good things about this condo. It is beautiful and very well maintained. It is just steps from the outdoor pool and a short walk to the Village of Bay Towne. And to top it all off, it only takes a minute or two to drive (or take the shuttle) to the beach.
We loved the layout of the condo. The mother-in-law quarters made it especially nice allowing both parties to have some privacy.
As we drove from the airport to the property, we realized we did not have the rental code for our condo. Fortunately, My Vacation Haven has a 24 hour helpline. A quick call to the helpline remedied our problem. Thanks to the staff!
We highly recommend this property to anyone who wants a well-maintained, top notch condo with a good location. It really is wonderful.
