Situated minutes from the beauty of the Gulf of Mexico is the community of Beachwalk Villas. This sanctuary offers lakefront townhomes on the picturesque SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT®. Unit 5140 is a vacation dream, featuring two floors of comfort and class. This unit sleeps 7, perfect for family getaways and gatherings of friends.

On the first floor, you’ll walk into a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and comforting neutral tones. Prepare a stellar family meal and eat together in the dining area while enjoying the floor to ceiling windows and view of the private patio. Just off the kitchen, this secluded outdoor space is one of many, offering the perfect spot for morning coffee. Next to the kitchen, you’ll find a spacious living area, with ample seating, flat screen TV, and access to your second outdoor oasis. This beautiful fenced patio offers more outdoor seating with views of the lake. Head out through your private gate and onto the lush grass, a great spot for family games and group gatherings.

Upstairs, you’ll find the master suite, decorated in neutral tones and muted blues for a beachy feel. With a king bed, flat screen TV, and wall-to-wall windows, you’ll feel the Florida vibes in no time. The en suite bath features a beautiful jacuzzi tub with vintage style faucets and a separate walk-in shower. This is a great space to wash off the beach and start a new day. Next door, you’ll find the guest bedroom with queen bed, flat screen TV, charging ports and twin bed in the form of a built-in cubby. If you’re traveling with children, this is the perfect space for the family.

We enjoyed our stay so much that we wouldn't leave!! We extended our stay twice. The staff were so helpful and quick to reply. The condo was lovely, the patio well landscaped, and the lake restful. Our golf cart got us where we wanted to go. The kitchen was nicely furnished. Coffee and breakfast on the patio started our days perfectly. We are already planning our return!

My daughter and my best friend and I desperately needed time out, and I depended on My Vacation Rental to provide it. They did it again. The condo was beautiful, the patio and the lake so restful, and, of course, the golf cart allowed us access to all Sandestin had for us. We cooked breakfasts and one dinner. Great kitchen! And spent the rest of the time eating out. How much did we enjoy our time...we extended our days there twice! The staff is so easy to work with! We're already planning our next trip back.

We loved our stay! Place was clean and functional. Our kids loved the crew bed. Golf cart was so helpful to go to the beach or pool or stores. We will definitely be back.

The Villa was great...well stocked, especially grateful for the beach supplies! Loved getting around in the golf cart ~ Loved the Market shops and the Baytowne Wharf area.

We loved the location and the condo itself. The layout was great and while we had 4 people the condo could accommodate at least two more and possibly 4 more as there was a fold out sofa bed and fold out oversized chair. The AC worked great which is a must for the heat too.

We had a wonderful time in the 5140 (G) Beachwalk Villa. The location is great, in a quiet cul de sac, steps from the pool, short golf cart drive or walk to the beach. The unit is well equipped and we did not lack anything-it felt like home. All amenities were excellent. The kitchen has a new refrigerator and oven. The property description was accurate. Our children enjoyed the golf cart, the jacuzzi, the board games and the "crew bed". The backyard patio is simply a piece of heaven. The adults enjoyed the bar and the pieces of art elegantly spread thru the villa. This property is very nicely decorated, well-maintained and clean. We enjoyed the beach, the marina restaurants, the golf course, and The Village of Baytowne Wharf. Overall, we had an exceptional time during our spring break in this property.

This unit was the perfect accommodations for my family for Spring Break! Close to everything yet very private. I love pulling right up to the door of the townhome and not lugging our stuff up stairs or elevators. My 12yo daughter loved the crew bed in the wall!The golf cart was fun for all and made getting to the beach so convenient.

Great vacation. Liked having the app to tell give us restaurants nearby and went to the beach every day. October weather was still warm and we were able to get in the water.
