This is my second time staying in this house for adult vacations with friends, and it does not disappoint. It is clean, roomy and well maintained. The beach is so nice. And the golf cart is a perfect way to get around the property. We love coming to this beach. We are planning to bring the kids next time!

A nice, quiet place to stay

This bungalo is tucked away in the back of the single street where the Bungalos are located on a dead-end street. The rental is 10 min by car to the beachfront parking lot and takes a little longer by golf cart. The rental is very shaded and cozy. I loved drinking my coffee on the screened-in front porch each morning. There is a small pool in the center of the Bungalos which was a nice place to cool off after the beach. The rental was very nice inside with tall ceilings that make it feel even more spacious. The master bed was so comfortable! The second bed was a little firmer and the kids room was perfect for our 2 boys. You can tell the property is well-maintained. The sofa in the den probably needs to be replaced as it's not very comfy and a little stinky but the chairs were nice. Would have loved to have had more measuring cups of different sizes and for some reason I couldn't find pot holders. There were silicone trivets beside the oven but too slippery to use as pot holders. The My Vacation Haven amenities were a very nice touch! Loved the lotion. The golf cart was in good working order and we enjoyed using it to travel around the resort. The neighborhood was very quiet at night. The only downside to our stay was a couple of bugs that they promptly dealt with and we didn't see any after that. Also the incessant landscaping during the day. The entire 8 days we were there there were trimmers, chainsaws, lawn mowers, and landscaping trucks blocking us in the driveway off and on. I think they must have scheduled all of their maintenance to be done that week as it was the end of season. Also the next door neighbors got a new roof for two days. My advice is not to book at the end of August if that bothers you. Also, if you want to be close to the beach this isn't the rental. However, if you want to be close to Baytowne Wharf, Bayside, golfing and fishing this is a great spot!

We really enjoyed out stay in the Bungalos! The beds were comfortable, the shower hot and powerful. The star of the show for this unit for us is the large screened in front porch where we hing out for hours. I highly recommend. For improvement: put info for trash pickup in the welcome packet, replace the battery in the wall clock, the golf cart was nice to have but could be a little more powerful.

We will absolutely recommend and rent again from this property management team with a small amount of improvements. I would suggest better instructions on how to get around the resort and to the beach for anyone new to the area as well as what to do with the trash (they pick up the bagged trash every day from the end of the driveway - no trash cans). There was not enough room for 2 cars as stated due to the owners having their golf cart in a spot in addition to the rental golf cart. Lastly, the kitchen was lacking in items - only 6 forks, very sparse with other utensils, casserole dishes, etc along with the coffee pot filter not fitting the actual pot. The rental itself was exactly like the photos and very clean, easy to get around the resort with the golf cart amenity. Would HIGHLY recommend this community and the property management company!

We loved our stay! The Bungalo had everything you need for cooking meals. Very clean, comfortable king size bed, screened in porch is nice. Overall great experience. Will return next summer. The one thing we did not love is there is no locks on any of the doors in the house. It’s nice to have a lock on the restroom so kids aren’t running in on you.

Super convenient reservation process, app that provides details on everything regarding your stay, house location and resort access! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the ease of getting around inside the resort and to the beach. We constantly discovered new things to do for ourselves and the kids. We explored the wharf, jolee island (with playground), nature walk (with playground) and so much more!
The rental was clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable! We used the pool in the Bungalos (so clean!) and other available pools. We loved the convenience of having the golf cart! We were able to golf cart to Publix and other locations without having to cross 98. Loved that!
Short walk (or golf cart ride) to the pool.
Our bungalo had WiFi, lots of options for TV/movies and we loved the morning sun in the screened in porch as we sipped coffee.
It was a lovely, relaxing stay!

This was our 3rd year staying in Sandestin, first time with MyVacationHaven. We will absolutely recommend and rent again from this property management team. Top notch app! The rental was exactly like the photos, very easy to get around the resort with the golf cart amenity. The door was accessible exactly at checkin time. We utilized the shuttle service when the tunnels to the beach were closed our last 2 days, highly recommend using them if necessary!! The home was very efficient and clean! Had everything we needed! I would recommend kid friendly cups or plates. The dryer took multiple restarts to fully dry, but that’s common in rentals. Would HIGHLY recommend this community and the property management company!

The home, neighborhood, surrounding neighborhoods, location, and vicinity to the beach were ALL amazing. Home was very cute and clean. Beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was fantastic! Secluded and beautiful, and still close to everything we needed with just a golf cart ride. The home had a toaster, coffee maker and Keurig, broom, mop, plenty of utensils and glasses. We didn’t lack anything.

We had a great time. Golf cart worked great. Beds were clean and comfortable. Had plenty of beach chairs to use. We had to call property management about wifi info because we couldn’t find it listed anywhere.
