About the Community of Luau
Just steps away from the beach is your Miramar Beach vacation destination, the Luau condominium. At the ground level, this property is home to plush landscaping which leads to the lagoon-style pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, swim-under waterfall, a Tiki and snack bar (open seasonally), and community grilling area. The pool deck area offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and its famous sugar-white sand beaches. At the Luau condominium towers, you’ll enjoy additional amenities like gated and partially covered parking, high speed Wi-Fi, a large fitness center overlooking the pool, community laundry facilities, and a spacious lobby area. The accommodations have studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units with full-size kitchen appliances (with the exception of studios) and open floor plans. The majority of the condos in the Luau towers provide panoramic views ranging from the Choctawhatchee Bay to the Gulf of Mexico to the Tops’l Preserve. We always enjoy staying in the Luau units and this one will be on our list. Everything worked perfectly and nothing was lacking. The unit was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We appreciate the covered parking and the short walk to the beach. Our week was perfect and we look forward to next time. As always My Vacation Haven was top notch.

Best place I have stayed anywhere. Convenient to all Destin activities. View is spectacular. We wanted for nothing, fully furnished in every respect. It was our quiet oasis after a day on the beach. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Very clean and spacious for a small group of people. The only thing I would recommend is more trash bags (we had 2 for 4 days), if there isn’t going to be house cleaning services. Other than that, the location and condo were amazing!!

We have vacationed many times at the Sandestin. I loved this unit because it has an additional sink/toilet out in the common area. As our kids get older and sleep later it’s nice not having to go in to a bedroom for the restroom. I also liked that all common areas in this unit are tiled and easy sweep up sand. The only HUGE bummer was that all the seating at the pool had been removed (COVID) but thankfully our unit had chairs we could take down to the pool/beach and the kids swam the whole time. Would definitely book this unit again!

We leased this unit for extended family to stay in while we were in another Luau unit. This worked very well! It appeared fresh and well decked out with everything needed.
