This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation rental provides plenty of natural light with floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors that open up to the private balcony. With the sound of waves crashing and the fresh, salty air, this beachfront condo reminds you of exactly why you love the beach!

This Miramar Beach condo has an open concept floor plan with a kitchen, dining room, and living area that provides a great space for your family and friends to create amazing memories. As soon as you enter the front door, you will be welcomed by a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico through the sliding glass door that leads to the private balcony.

The fully equipped kitchen features quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. Once your meal is ready, dine at the spacious table that seats six guests or have a quick bite at the breakfast bar, which seats three. You can also enjoy your meal outdoors, as there are chairs and a table on the balcony.

The master bedroom in this beach condo faces the Gulf and boasts floor-to-ceiling windows and private access to the balcony. You can wake up and see the turquoise blue waters without leaving your comfortable king bed. The master bedroom has a wall mounted smart TV and has an attached private bathroom with separate vanity area, walk-in closet, and oversized soaking tub and shower. The guest bedroom is just off the living room and boasts a wonderful queen bed, providing guests with the best possible night’s sleep. A wall mounted smart TV is also there to provide entertainment. The attached guest bathroom also serves as the common area bathroom with access near the side hallway.

My wife and I loved this location. We were walking distance to several restaurants and bars and a short free bus ride away from anything and everything. The condo was as described - beautiful, clean, beachfront, and amazing views. I would recommend and stay here again.

Everything was just as described. Condo was incredibly spacious and very clean. Master bedroom suite opened up to a beautiful view of the beach. Plenty of seating in the living room. Would definitely rent again.

The Condo has beautiful views of the beach from the master bedroom and the livingroom. The property description and picture are very accurate. Beach access is very easy, walking distance is very short. The property is clean and organized. I wish that we are provided with more amenities like paper towel, toilet paper, trash bag, toiletries.

The unit was just like the pictures. Very comfortable and well done. The only negative was washer/dryer was small and a bit awkward. But we made do and had a wonderful trip. I would recommend the unit. We had 4 adults and a toddler. Worked out great. Room for all

Exceptional Condo w/ stunning gulf view

As if the crystal clear water and cool, white sand wasn’t enough, the condo itself was absolutely amazing. The unit was very clean and beautifully furnished. The view from the master bedroom and balcony is exactly as photographed and absolutely stunning! There were several nice beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, and quite a bit of sand toys in the closet. The condo is well located and very safe and secure. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Had a great week in a great unit! Location was great, each was fantastic, not too crowded. Unit very close to beach, lose to elevator, no long hikes, was great. Unit lived up to the hype and was wonderful! Didn’t want to leave!

This was the best rental experience we have ever had.

The location was great. Loved the third floor covered balcony. We had a great beach view and also were close to the swimming pool.

The condo was very clean and smelled fresh. The condo was nicely decorated and very comfortable. Good A/C, WiFi, TV/Streaming, Walk-in Shower, plenty of towels and a really nice kitchen including an ice maker.

The area was very family oriented/secure and within 30 minutes of many attractions.

Would definitely rent this condo again.

We had the best time staying at this property! The location is absolutely perfect, and we really appreciated the chairs and umbrella in the closet so we didn’t have to bring some. Plenty of space for our group of 6.

The unit itself was amazing, very well-appointed, had everything we needed (though with smaller kids we got paper plates instead of using glass). Very conveniently located to everything needed in the Miramar area. Very safe, secure, and beautiful. Beach service was an additional cost, but owners provided a closet of goods if you choose to use them. We spent most mornings and evenings on the balcony, and I loved waking up to the gulf view.

Property management was very thorough in their information ahead of time (which was reassuring to the mega-planner in me), and we loved the convenience of all information in a simple app.

Only downside (which isn't the owner's fault) is the elevators were having problems in the building when we were there. Being on the 3rd floor made this not much of an issue, only at checkin and checkout, but it was manageable.

We had a wonderful time. The location was perfect. We enjoyed the view from our room. Our teen children could roam about safely. We could watch them on the beach from our balcony.

We were extremely satisfied with our condo @ Beachside II. It was nicely decorated & very roomy! The distance to the beach was perfect! We would definitely recommend the unit & would stay again!
