This new and luxurious, Mediterranean-style four bedroom home is as equally welcoming as it is impressive.

The brand new furniture and granite countertops welcome you in to comfortable vacation living. The open floor plan from kitchen to the massive and immense living area allows for a great gathering place for the whole family, both in convenience and luxury. The kitchen features enough granite countertop space to cook a feast. The dining table is enormous and has wonderful views on three sides, and the breakfast bar is a great place for extra seating. The stainless steel appliances and wooden cabinets only add to the kitchen’s beauty, along with a great view of the giant flat screen television in the living room.

Each of the bedrooms have their own unique style to them, and each have flat screen televisions. Each of the rooms has their own bathroom, mirrored on the same theme as their perspective bedrooms. The back porch leads out to a view of the nearby golf course, tempting the golfers of your group.

The property also has an onsite laundry room with both a washer and a dryer, so laundry can be done there. The property features two golf carts, allowing you and your group to traverse the resort area as a group and in style! Staying in the Villa Lago neighborhood also grants you access to the amenities like access to the neighborhood pool, at home parking, and being close to the Baytowne Golf Club Course.

Wow! What a great property and experience! I saw some of the reviews saying the blue car was a problem… it’s not a problem but you should take the charge cord with you and charge it when it’s parked at any location. Worked great for us. The other cart was great as well. The house wonderful and the views of the par 5 5th hole are truly amazing. Have fun! We will be back!

We absolutely loved this place! This was our first time staying in the Baytowne Warf area and we will be staying here again. We have stayed in Sandestin every year we come down for vacation, this was HANDS DOWN THE BEST RENTAL we have ever booked! My husband and son come to golf and being on the golf course was a huge bonus. This house was also the cleanest house we have ever rented. Location was perfect, close to Baytowne Wharf and just a short drive to the beach. Having 2 golf carts for our family was so perfect. We had packed beach chairs and all the beach stuff but the closet they have there had everything we needed and lots of stuff we could use. This was also our first time renting through My Vacation Haven and I will never book through anyone else, they called to check in on us and also had someone come and clean the outdoor grill while we were there, hands down the best customer service. We will definitely be renting this location next year.

Comfortable stay

This was our second visit staying in the Sandestin resort. We love the area! We had a party of 9 (4 adults and 5 kids - ages ranging from 2 to 13). This location is in a great area and close to the Marina and Baytowne Wharf. The neighborhood has a small pool within walking distance. The beach is about an 8 minute golf cart ride away. Since we had two golf carts, we enjoyed the little drive. The house was clean, good sized rooms and closets, and comfortable beds. The home had most of things we needed, however, I do want to mention the dishes are not kid friendly. All the cups, plates, and bowls were either glass or heavy ceramic. Most people probably prefer this, but with kids, it would have been nice to have an option of either plastic or melamine. Just wanted to mention so future guests can be prepared to pack or buy ahead of time. The front door is made of wood, and due to the heat/humidity it was hard to open/close. There were a few other small things but not worth noting. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

This is our 2nd time staying in the neighborhood but our first time in this home. Overall, we enjoyed our time here as a family. House was as described. Very clean on arrival. Furniture was comfortable and in very good shape. We did have some issues with appliances while there but the team worked to get them replaced as quickly as they could so now all renters after us will have brand new washer/dryer and dishwasher. One golf cart doesn’t keep a charge as long as the other but we didn’t have any issues. Just something to be aware of. Beach is about a 10 min golf cart ride. We love going to the wharf. There is so much there to do. Don’t forget to pack some extra house supplies like laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, garbage bags, dish soap because they only supply a small amount. Most likely our family will be back again

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Villa Lago 1867. We stay on this same street last year. We liked this condo better. The rooms were spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. Booking was easy.we loved having two golf carts. One of the carts battery didn’t hold a charge as well as the other, once we realized it we were careful to carry the plug with us and there are charging areas all around the resort even at the beach parking area. We will be back again next year.

We loved staying here! The house is exactly as described. Very clean, convenient location and plenty of space for everyone. The rooms are all good sizes and we loved that everyone was able to have their own bathrooms and we didn’t have to share one. The house has everything you could need, all the way down to a little laundry basket in each room. It was about a 10 minute golf cart ride to Publix and same to the beach access. Pool is within walking distance as well. The beach closet is actually more equipped than stated. There were about 8 beach chairs, lots of beach toys, plenty of boogie boards, a skim board, umbrella, and a few other things. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking in the area ��

We had a GREAT stay at this Villa Lago. Everything was “as advertised”. The condo was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The condo is very close to the village and not far from the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

My family of 7 stayed here the week of July 4 and had a wonderful time. The accommodations were very comfortable and the location was great. We enjoyed having a bathroom for every bedroom. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed cooking on the grill. The clean-up before leaving was very easy. Someone ran into our golf cart during our stay and the management company was extremely professional and accommodating.

We spent two week in this unit to celebrate a a significant birthday. I had long time girlfriends came in throughout this time period.The unit was the perfect size for us and met all of our expectations. We loved having the two golf carts to transport our clan together or to separate locations if needed. We had a small clog with the toilet when we arrived, My Vacation Haven had someone at the house within the hour. We would definitely rent here again if we have a large group.

This house is perfect in every way. The house is very well laid out and perfect for a large family, extended family or two familes. There are two masters and two golf carts, so plenty of space. We have used this management company the past two years and they have been great to deal with. This house also sits on the golf course, so you have more space in the backyard area. Close to Baytown, the beach and many of the other areas in SanDestin. We were very impressed with this house and no complaints at all!
