We were extremely disappointed with our recent stay at Villa Lago in Destin. The house was uncomfortably hot, and the hot water was insufficient for showers. Given the high cost, we expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, this stay fell far short of our expectations. Due to the issues we encountered, we won't be booking with you again.

Property was great, clean and convenient. Loved having the golf cart. The closest beach is a drive and parking is tight. There are stairs that might not be best for young children. Bathrooms(3) very convenient as were two king sized beds. Quiet street, but little area for young kids to play at house. Overall, very good.

We were in town for a kids golf tournament and loved this location. The home had a great set up and was clean with all of the comforts of home. The golf cart was a huge plus and was really helpful getting to and from the course for play on tournament day. We would stay again!

Our stay at Vila Lago was great! We added 4 days after a week in Ft Walton, which was the best decision we could have made. We will never stay beachside again. Having the golf cart was very convenient and a fun way to get around to shops, grocery, restaurants, putt putt, and the beach. The rental unit was very clean, updated and comfortable. Highly recommend My Vacation Haven; they were very helpful and courteous when we called.

Great Location. Quick golf cart ride or walk to the wharf. About a 6-7 minute golf cart ride to the beach. House was well appointed and CLEAN!! Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. We loved the house and having a golf cart was key. Highly recommend! The property management company was accessible and responsive.

We loved this home. Perfect proximity to the Wharf. About 6-7 minutes on the golf cart to the beach. We never drove our car after we arrived, the golf cart took us everywhere. The house has all the amenities needed and the beds were extremely comfortable. The house was spotless. Highly recommend this rental. Property management company was excellent. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved the property. Very clean, comfortable and the perfect location for us. We golfed at Raven, took a fishing charter from the wharf, spent Christmas afternoon on the beach, Christmas dinner at Ovide, and enjoyed New Years Eve on the Rooftop of Hotel Effie.

We loved this house so much! So comfortable! We had zero problems! Loved it’s location! Loved visiting all the 30A beach towns. The golf cart was so fun! And we loved the pool! Not to mention...about 10-12 mins away from Taco 30A! Our new fav taco place in America.

Condo is in a perfect location within resort. Golf cart rides to village and beach are fun and easy. Condo was in excellent condition and beautifully decorated. Trip was fantastic.

We had a wonderful stay in out Villa Lago beach house. We loved the area and the amenities are nice as well. The house was very clean upon arrival. The service staff was very helpful with a need that we had and was happy to accommodate us.

We stayed here for a girls weekend and the house was perfect! Very clean upon arrival & it was in the perfect location for us to get everywhere by golf cart! We loved it!

Good overall ... had some issues with the router loosing signal ... off more than on. WiFi is important to anyone that is trying to run a business even on vacation.

Tgis property is clean and well kept. It is inside the Sandestin Golf Resort and comes with a golf cart, which is definetly necessary during busy seasons. There is not easy beach access butthereis a nice neighborhood pool 1/2 a block down from the hous. The kitchen could use more silerware, glasses, coffee cups and pots and pans - cooking and serving 6 people, even breakfast would be a challenge. Other wise its a great home base, in a safe location with shopping, golfing, fishing and beaching nearby.
