A king bed, sleeper sofa, kitchenette, and shower/tub combo complete with a handheld showerhead provide comfort and convenience.

Located beachside, Luau is Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort's newest accommodation. Each condominium is elegantly appointed with modern furnishings in tropical flair. Just a stroll away from the white sand beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, this retreat is a great spot for a relaxing beachside vacation.

Gated parking area with upper and lower parking garage, lobby area, luggage carts, large beautifully landscaped pool with swim under waterfall (heated at specific times of year), hot tub, children’s pool, tiki hut poolside (seasonal), sun deck in both buildings (a great place to take in views of the beautiful Emerald Coast), outdoor grill area, fitness room, and complimentary wi-fi.

About the Community of Luau
Just steps away from the beach is your Destin vacation destination, the Luau condominium. At the ground level, this property is home to plush landscaping which leads to the lagoon-style pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, swim-under waterfall, a Tiki and snack bar (open seasonally), and community grilling area. The pool deck area offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and its famous sugar-white sand beaches. At the Luau condominium towers, you’ll enjoy additional amenities like gated and partially covered parking, high speed WiFi, a large fitness center overlooking the pool, community laundry facilities, and a spacious lobby area. The accommodations have studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units with full-size kitchen appliances (with the exception of studios) and open floor plans. The majority of the condos in the Luau towers provide panoramic views ranging from the Choctawhatchee Bay to the Gulf of Mexico to the Tops’l Preserve.     The rental unit was very nice and clean. Great location. Pool was closed all but 2 days of our stay so that was a bummer as it would have been nice to know that a head of time. We had no idea we could take a bus to the other side of the gated community until a couple days into our stay. It would’ve been really nice. Had the room we were staying in had some sort of book of information about the resort and things to do around the resort. We managed to figure it out and it was a great vacation and we would definitely stay here again if we choose to come back to Destin, Florida.

    The place was clean and neat and a great stay for 6 days in Destin. The beach is like 2 minute walk and there is a pickleball, basketball and mini gold nearby.

    We loved our stay at Luau I, Unit 7105! This studio is very well-kept, with ample space for two. The property description is accurate - a studio with a kitchenette and balcony with beach views. The property management team with My Vacation Haven was ready to help, though we didn’t need anything. Luau I 7105 is short walk to Sandestin beach, and not far from Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard. We would absolutely recommend this unit to family and friends!

    We absolutely loved it! It was beautiful the walk to the beach was short and the scene from our room was amazing. The only thing we didn't like is the location of the ice machine. We had to go to another tower just to get use but other than that is was great. Everything was clean smelt great and beautiful room decor. The area is heaven on earth

    Overall a nice stay, pool was freezing cold, a heated pool for the time of year would have been very nice, unit was nice and clean, great location, first night we arrived from a late flight, around 1230am, no empty parking space in the garage, had to park across the street and carry luggage up entrance area to the property, only other negative was the balcony wasn’t even big enough for a chair, only to stand on, and the sliding door going out was very very difficult to open.

    Great unit, nice view & awesome location! Perfect for our 3 night stay. Roomy enough for 3 adults with everything we needed. Having the light weight, easy to carry beach chairs was a nice touch. We’d def go back!

    We travelled from Ohio and enjoyed our stay. I think the unit could use a larger dresser for storage. Also there were no forks in the silverware. Overall a very nice and comfortable room.

    We visited three days. Three of us in the unit. We found everything to be just as it should. The thermostat went out and the a/c ran constantly. When we called, they responded immediately and offered the option for immediate repair or repair after we left. We opted for immediate repair and the tech was there within the hour and got it done. No hassle at all. Overall great visit.

    Thank you for a wonderful experience for my 2 sons and I. We cannot complain about a thing, from beginning to end!! Close to amenities, a tram to take you to "The Village of BayTowne Wharf" that was great! Bands for beach/pool and property.

    My husband, toddler, baby and i stayed here for our vacation. It’s our 2nd stay at Luau. You really can’t beat the price or location. This room was clean and the AC worked great. The room was well stocked with linens, pillows and bath towels, My only complaint (and it’s a reach) was that the beach umbrella provided wasn’t too sturdyagainst the wind. Definitely would recommend this room and we will definitely be back!

    Loved our getaway in this unit at the Luau! I only wish that there would have been a couple of chairs out on the balcony so we could have enjoyed it. Also, being a woman, I think the unit needs a full length mirror installed somewhere (behind the bathroom door maybe?). Other than that the unit was perfect! And perfect location! Look forward to staying again in the future!
