The property was very clean. Three bedrooms with a bonus room with double bunk beds...enough room for 10 people. a screened in area with a swing and a bed swing. Living room was spacious with a big TV and games. Community is very pet friendly with bags and waste baskets at two grassy locations. The community pool is right across the street and well maintained. The beach is a short 8 minute walk. A gas station & convenience store is right around the corner. Restaurants are just a short walk/drive. We did have a couple issues upon arrival, but the dedicated staff and maintenance team took care of everything within 24 hours. NOTE: Refrigerator needs to be replaced. Overall, we had a great time and would stay here again.
