This home in Villa Lago (Mermaid Manor) was nothing short of fabulous! From the minute you arrive, you will appreciate the cleanliness, the professional decor, spacious layout with plenty of closet space and storage. We especially enjoyed the beautiful screen room overlooking the peaceful golf course. A plus was the upstairs balcony with the rocking chairs! The icing on the cake is of course, the two six seater golf carts and beach extras in the garage! You will want for nothing! The carts are a treat and very convenient for beach trips and visits to Grand Boulevard shopping and dining. And finally, we so very much appreciated the professionalism and care provided by the property management company, My Vacation Haven.....a true rarity these days. Thanks to all and know that we are looking forward to returning soon!

We have stayed in multiple locations within Sandestin over the years, but none compare to this lovely home!! The place was immaculate, beautifully decorated and very spacious with lots of closet space/storage! We especially loved the screen room overlooking the golf course. The icing on the cake was having the two new six seater golf carts! Very convenient for getting back and forth to the beach as well as for visiting the shopping and dining on Grand Boulevard. Made for a perfect Mother's day and none of us wanted to leave! Finally, we were also very impressed with the professionalism and attentiveness of My Vacation Haven, the property management group, It was a pleasure to experience professionalism and care from this group! Thanks to all and know we will be back!

Another week to be thankful as my family celebrated the week of Thanksgiving together with multiple villas throughout the Villa Lago community. In particular, our stay was at Villa Lago 1889. This was our best stay/rental throughout our several years of staying in Villa Lago. The staff was awesome in communication along with any needed accommodations. The beds were comfy and the home was equipped with all the essential needed for meal prepping. The home was perfect! We very much look forward to coming back and creating more memories in the near future.

The rental was beautiful and spacious. Clean. Lots of great beach stuff (chairs/umbrellas/coolers)available. Loved being able to get around with the golf cart the whole trip. It wasn’t clear how to get to the beach, but a quick text to the company got me the information quickly (the tunnel under the highway is near the main entrance to the Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort, beach access point is next to Beach House Restaurant. There is a parking lot there, the first row closest to the road is free - we always found a spot there). There are lots of great restaurant options between the Wharf and Grand Blvd. The only disappointment was one of the golf carts was removed from the property due to damage from the prior renter, and we only had one golf cart the whole time, which altered ours plans frequently.

We stayed in this house during the fall break. The place was perfectly clean, well maintained, gave an impression of having been recently updated. It had all the necessary kitchen supplies, gas grill, beach chairs, umbrella etc. The 2 golf cars in the garage were a great addition to our stay. Checking in and out was super easy. We defiantly will come back to this place again.
