Beautiful home in prime location . it offered all the amenities one could possibly need and then some from the decor which was warm and welcoming to all the necessary supplies one would need when staying with friends and family. The amazing added luxury was having the elevator to take our luggage up to the top floors, this is certainly something most homes do not offer that I have ever stayed in.Also appreciated was the short walk to the beautiful beach with the panhandles, powder white sand beaches, and crystal clear turquoise waters, and array of restaurants shops and activities are a short distance away . I highly recommend this home and hope to visit there again one day.

Destin has always been a location we love to vacation at. This house was a perfect choice. We enjoyed the short walk to the gorgeous beach and pool. It has all the comforts of home, including beach chairs, big kitchen, large dining room table and plenty of entertaining space. This house features an elevator which made moving the luggage in and out a smooth and painless transition. The house has a cozy and inviting feeling. We enjoyed the evening sitting on the sun deck looking out on the Gulf and morning coffee on the front porch. We truly enjoyed our beautiful bedroom and spacious walk-in closet as well. We look forward to enjoying our next vacation here and know you will too!!

We truly enjoyed our week at 4749 Ocean Blvd. Location was amazing, just steps from the community pool and beach. House was awesome as well. Would definitely stay there again and probably will in the near future!

Ocean Villa is beautiful with plentiful amenities and comfortable beds. Having the elevator was a plus for taking luggage to the upstairs bedrooms. The furnishings were up to date and are exactly as pictured on the website. The property was extremely clean and well-maintained. Location was wonderful--steps to the beach and to the community pool. My Vacation Haven management team provided excellent customer service. On a couple occasions when we contacted them for minor maintenance details, they were at the property within an hour each time and solved the problem. We highly recommend this property; our family of twelve rates this property as our best beach vacation rental. We all agreed that we would like to book Ocean Villa again for future stays.

The community, Destiny by the Sea, was beautiful and Ocean Villa was a wonderful home. It was an easy walk to a beautiful beach. The beds were comfortable and our group of 12 was very comfortable .
Suggestion is to add more baking sheets and provide board games like Scrabble and Monopoly.
House was close to community pool which was nice. Could also walk to Crab Trap which was a nice gulf front restaurant

We had a wonderful experience in ocean villa. The elevator was so handy for my elderly grandparents and the house is so close to beach access! My vacation Haven was so quick to respond any time I reached out! The house is beautifully decorated! We had 3 loud children with us, surprisingly when the bedroom doors are shut you can’t hear any of the loudness from hallways or downstairs! This made it so much more enjoyable for the adults to sleep in (which has always been a problem in previous homes we have stayed in). Only thing that would have made it even better was the third floor room being closed off so my 2 year old could not run freely down the stairs and less noise traveling to third floor.

Great beach house! The only thing I would like is a door to the upstairs bedroom. This house is beautiful and the elevator is helpful with luggage is our family is large. The secure gated community is wonderful.

We loved it! Mediterranean style community beach neighborhood & home is impressive! Three story luxury villa exceeded our expectations. Community beach boardwalk is found just steps away with a quick stroll thru beautifully landscaped lavish homes.
