Thoughtfully designed for families, this luxurious home offers three master suites, each positioned on a different floor to provide privacy and comfort. Natural wood textures complement the coastal blues and grays woven throughout the home. Thoughtful artwork and decor create special spaces throughout. The first level features three beautifully appointed bedrooms (a master, a queen, and full-over-full bunks) each with its own en-suite bathroom, along with a dedicated laundry room equipped with two washers and dryers for ultimate convenience. Step outside to a private patio with a BBQ grill, a porch swing, and dining area, ideal for gatherings. You will also find a deck box stocked with beach supplies and an outdoor shower for your return from a day of fun.

The second floor reveals an expansive open-concept living area where the kitchen, dining, and lounge spaces flow seamlessly together. A screened porch, with a dining table, sitting area, and television, provide an additional space for relaxation. This level also includes another master suite with a private bath and a discreetly located powder room.

When you’re looking for a nice and quiet beach retreat, there’s no place as welcoming as Seacrest Beach. Hidden away between Alys and Rosemary Beaches is the community of Seacrest Beach, a quaint neighborhood with palm tree lined streets with sidewalks and quaint Florida beach cottages. Ride the tram to the beach or to the private 12,000 square foot lagoon style pool, which is the largest pool on 30A and one of the largest in the state of Florida. Next to the pool is a large grassy amphitheater- home to concerts, movies, sports, and weddings. Head to the adjacent Village of South Walton, where restaurants, shops, and bike rentals are available to make memories with the whole family. No golf cart rentals allowed in this community.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay. We however, do wish we would’ve had more information about the active construction site that caused us to not have access to the outdoor shower, outdoor seating areas. There is no longer green space next to this property. We also did not have access to the beach bikes like stated in the reservation link. The location is wonderful. The home was beautiful and well cared for. Amazing for large parties visiting the area. Also enjoyed the shuttle service to the beach!
