Artistic touches on a floor-to-ceiling gallery shelf displays coastal art and unique treasures, and a recently remodeled half bathroom offers first floor convenience.

The Beachy House features a beautiful minimalist master bedroom on the first floor, with a plush king bed, television, and its own recently remodeled en suite bathroom. Up the stairs to the second floor, you'll find a guest room adorned with a comfortable queen bed, coastal art, and a workspace ideal for updating your 'out of office' message. A third guest room outfitted with two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds ensures ample sleeping arrangements for everyone and delights younger travelers who love having their own space. The master closet features a laundry room with a stacked washer and dryer. Another full bath on the second floor is shared by the guest bathrooms and features a walk-in shower and double vanity. And for the utmost in relaxation, every bedroom has its own TV.

But the allure of The Beachy House doesn't stop at its sleeping quarters. The property sits on a generous lot, complete with a private fenced backyard oasis with a large pool, tropical landscaping, and cozy covered seating with a television and outdoor fan for those who prefer shade.     House was awesome! Pool was excellent! Spent 2 weeks here with our kids and parents. Couldn’t be happier! Location was so close to everything. We have been going to Miramar Beach and the San Destin Resort for years and this by far was the best place we stayed. Thank you!

    Overall it’s a great house in a great location. We loved the pool, only downfall was the golf cart was broken for more than half our stay and it was a big reason we booked this house. House was very clean, kitchen was nicely stocked. The house is very pretty and we had an amazing time. Would book again!

    Good: nice layout of house, clean, pool, nice yard, golf cart and comfortable beds
    Bad: tvs were difficult to turn down volume, pool little on small side, golf cart charge doesn’t stay charged long almost died 2x on us and we didn’t go far.

    My family stayed at this fantastic beach house for the wk & LOVED it!! The beds/pillows were COMFY! The house is spacious & relaxing. Love the pool/outdoor area & the outdoor grill. The 6 seater golf cart was great! Quick ride to the beach. Foosball/ping pong table were fun for the kids. Quick access to Baytown restaurants/shoppes & to Publix & the other shopping area. Definitely a fabulous rental.

    This house was perfect for our family of 6 (ages 15-53). The location is great…quick and easy access to the beach and Baytowne Wharf via the golf cart. Spend the extra money for the pool and golf cart, you won’t regret it. We spent every evening on the comfortable back porch and enjoyed movie nights in the pool. The AC in the house works great and having an extra refrigerator in the garage was very convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and it was fun to ride around in the golf cart to explore the Sandestin grounds. Book this house!

    What a great stay! Wonderful location so close to the beach, shopping, restaurants and Baytowne, so easy with the included golf car! The house is so spacious, clean and comfy beds and linens. The bunk beds and huge yard were a big hit with our grandkids. Can't wait to stay again at Beachy House with warmer weather and enjoy the beautiful private pool!
