Welcome to your own personal paradise! This stunning single story beach house is the epitome of relaxation and tranquility. Did we also mention it is pet friendly and includes two 6-seat golf carts? From the moment you arrive, you'll be captivated by the charming private paver driveway and the inviting large screened front porch with TV, beckoning you to unwind and soak up the coastal ambiance.

The open concept living, dining, and kitchen area is bathed in natural light, creating an airy and spacious atmosphere. Whether you're lounging in the comfortable living area, enjoying a delicious meal at the dining table or breakfast bar, or preparing a delightful feast in the fully equipped kitchen, or grilling out the catch of the day, every moment here feels effortlessly enjoyable.

With three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, this beach house provides ample space for a peaceful night's sleep after a day of sun-soaked adventures. The master bedroom features a king bed and one of the guest rooms features a king bed. There are two twin over full bunk beds in the other guest room.

When you're ready to venture out and explore, the two provided 6-seat golf carts await your command. Hop in and embark on a leisurely cruise to the private resort beach access, where the clear waters and soft sand invite you for a day of sunbathing, swimming, or building sandcastles. Additionally, the Resort boasts a myriad of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options, ensuring there's never a dull moment during your stay.

Soak up the Florida sun and take a short stroll to the beautiful community pool of Bungalos, equipped with umbrellas and lounge chairs or hop over to Miramar Beach to experience the silky white sands and emerald waters everyone’s been talking about.

If you’re looking for some adventure, brush up on your putting skills on the putting green located next to the community pool, or scoot over to Grand Boulevard to get your groceries, engage in some retail therapy, or a grab a quick bite to eat.     Love this Bungalo that is tucked away on the back street, surrounded by trees, shade and amazing screened in front porch!
    We spent majority of the time on the porch watching TV and relaxing with our fur babies. Quick, easy walk to the pool and 2 golf carts to utilize! Perfection!

    Excellent stay! The house was clean, spacious and perfectly located for shopping, restaurants and beach area. The included golf cart made beach access a breeze and a nice addition to have for going shopping and eating out. Much easier parking than a vehicle! My Vacation Haven is great to work. They stayed in touch to be sure our stay was going well. We have already contacted them for another stay this fall!!

    Our stay was perfect! We highly recommend Sandestin—our bungalow was spacious and comfortable, and we especially loved the screened porch for relaxing evenings. The golf cart was a huge plus, making trips to the beach or the nearby shopping center with restaurants and a grocery store super convenient. The golf courses were fantastic and easy to book. All around, a great vacation. See you next year!

    Can’t say enough about Sandestin Resort and the Bungalow 2460, everything was better than expected. Our 1st time for Sandestin but will not be the last. Enjoyed the beach, golf courses heated pool and the proximity to all the amenities and shopping. Golf cart was a nice added feature. Property manager was great to work with.     This was our first year as snowbirds, escaping the winter weather in Canada for the whole month of February. Our rental accommodation at Bungalos 2460 checked all the boxes (with flying colours) in terms of what we were looking for, giving us the opportunity to "live as locals" for our month long stay. This snowbird experiment was an absolute success for us, and we have already reserved a spot for next February!

    My family stayed here for fall break and had an excellent vacation! It was super clean and comfortable and the golf cart was a life saver! The only thing we were missing was dishwashing detergent and a dish scrubber. We will absolutely be back again!

    This is the second time this year we have stay in 2460. We enjoyed our stay and always a nice area to stay in. The weather was not all that great but we made the most of it. We celebrated our 5th anniversary. Just a few things missing in the kitchen but not enough to bother with. The golf cart needs refurbishing. We have stayed in another Bungalow back last year. In 10 months we have stayed 3 times in the Bungalows. We will be back!!! You will not regret staying in any of those units

    My wife, myself and my 3 kids stayed at this beach house and we enjoyed it so much! It was so nice and very clean. Beds are very cozy, rooms are spacious! The screened in front porch is so good for night time to keep all the bugs from bothering you! Comes with tons of cooking pans, plates, utensils. We stay just about every year at the Sandestin golf abd beach resort and this house by far has been the best one yet! So we definitely will book again.

    I do have one complaint- for the money that is spent to rent this place— our golf cart just didn’t last very long at all a max maybe 1 hour. We are assuming the batteries are weak and need replaced. We made it work but we didn’t get to enjoy riding around and going to the wharf and beach all in one day like we normally do. That’s even coming home and a family of five showering and getting ready while it’s charging. The cart would last maybe 1 hour before it would start shutting down (slow speed) so if we wanted to go to beach we would have to do that one day and go to warf or out to each a different day and even if we put it on the charge it wouldn’t charge fast enough for us to use. So we would have to use our personal vehicle instead. My kids were a little bummed about that but again we made it work! Hopefully this gets fixed for the next renters and even before we come back!!

    Our family had a wonder stay! The house was very roomy and clean. Bed were comfy and kitchen well stocked. It We really liked having a separate pool in this neighborhood. The only bad thing was, if it rains the streets and driveways flood in the back of this neighborhood where this house is located.

    We had a great experience! Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The house is nicely decorated and has a fresh and bright beachy feel. My only ask is that you inform guests that they will probably need more toilet paper and paper towels than provided so that they can bring some from home.

    This is the second place we have stayed in at the Bungalows. Love this one the best. Everything was fresh. Just hope other people that rent try and keep it that way. The bed was comfortable. Everything you could need. Love the golf cart. Will rent this one again!!

    The unit was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the stay. Nice quiet neighborhood. There was a mistake made with our reservation and this company made everything right for us without argument. That type of accountability is rare but refreshing. They did a great job.
