    Love this unit !!! We had 4 adults and 2 children there was plenty of space for all of us. Patio was prefect for morning coffees and afternoon cocktails. The location to the pool was prefect for the kids. It was very helpful with the kitchen draws being labeled. So easy to find what you were looking for. We loved having the golf cart to go exploring and to the beach. We had a great week. I would definitely recommend this unit.

    We had a wonderful time away at the Beachwalk Villa rental. The place was beautiful and just like the pictures! The addition of the golf cart was great and made it so easy and fun to get around. They supplied everything you might need for time at the beach with umbrella, lots of chairs and beach toys. Close to everything - there is a Publix nearby but probably worth the drive to Winn Dixie if you want cheaper groceries instead of “vacation prices”. The property host was very helpful and took care of questions/concerns very quickly. Suggestion for next time, perhaps leave a few more supplies for a bigger group who has a longer stay. More than two dishwasher tabs and garbage bags would have been helpful but I’m sure they would have brought more over if we would have asked.

    Everything was clean and place was well laid out with 2 bedrooms downstairs and a bedroom upstairs. Great sitting area loft to sleep in as well! The only thing was the outlets in downstairs bathrooms were out. But we couldn’t find breaker box and we did not call because it was no big problem. May suggest gfci plugs.

    We enjoyed the property. Excellent location. Very clean. Golf cart was great to have in Sandestin. Everything was functioning and easy to use. Only minor complaint was having no essential cooking spices, flour, sugar, oils, etc. ONLY S & P. Most of the other vacation rentals I have rented at least contained your essential spices and such. Also, didn't like that I wasn't allowed to leave unopened food and drink for someone else--next in line, cleaning crew, etc. We had left over beer, alcohol, butter, spices, oil, unopened chips, cheese, hot dogs, etc that someone could have used. The above does not take away from an overall wonderful stay.

    The house was very comfortable for 6 retired adults on a weekend retreat. We had guest over for the football game. There was enough room, dishes and towels. The beds were comfortable like home. The house was comfortable, spacious and inviting. We loved it. The owners/management were gracious in helping us with changes. The back patio was relaxing, beautiful and a pristine view. Our coffee retreat. We truly enjoyed visiting and will return very soon.

    Great Family Vacation Stay!

    My family of five plus an uncle and two grandparents stayed a week here and had a wonderful time. It was clean and comfortable with a feeling of home. We were all able to spread out in our own areas as well as come together for meals and games. We had a perfect location to the pool and we loved driving to the beach in the six person golf cart. It truly felt like home away from home and we can’t wait to stay again!

    Summer vacation. Wonderful condo, great location. 3 bedrooms each with nice full bathroom and a loft (4th sleeping area). Golf cart was great. Easy access to beach, tennis, pickleball, put-put, and golf.
