We Extended Our Stay - That Says it All!

Reviewed on 2026-07-18 by Pat , Terrace Park, OH

We loved this place so much that we extended our stay! The bay view just steps from the back porch were incredible, and all the natural light made the condo feel so bright and happy. We loved having private suites for our adult kids, and the whole place felt open, fresh, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was just easy from the moment we arrived—and the golf cart was the cherry on top! We can’t wait to come back!

Manager's Response

Hello Pat! We're thrilled you enjoyed the beautiful bay views, bright and welcoming space, and comfortable layout for your family. The fact that you loved your stay enough to extend it is the greatest compliment we could receive! We're so glad the golf cart and easy, stress-free experience made your vacation even more special. We can't wait to welcome you back for another stay soon!

An amazing place with an amazing view. Very comfortable house with all the amenities. Great location within the resort. We’ve stayed at many different places in Sandestin and this is one of the best! We would stay again.

Manager's Response

Thank you for such a wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed the home, the amazing views, and all of the amenities. It means so much that you consider this one of your favorite stays within the resort. We truly appreciate your kind words and would love to welcome you back again for another great visit!

From an extremely happy family of 5, MVH can go ahead and DELETE all reviews from 2025 and prior…they simply don’t apply!!The remodel for this unit is INCREDIBLE!! When you step through the front door, your wall-to-wall unobstructed view of the Choctawhatchee Bay is breathtaking. The kitchen and bathrooms are all newly finished in high-end tile and granite, and everything is so bright and well-connected throughout the unit. The open concept of the living, kitchen, and dining spaces is so perfect to enjoy family time looking out over the water. The master balcony upstairs is the best sunrise & sunset view you will find in Bayside. I could see forever out into the flats of the bay to enjoy looking at fish as they swam by. 3 separate bedrooms all with their own en-suite bath is the perfect setup for families and couples alike. The golf cart is in perfect condition, and the property grounds are beautiful. Everything about this property is NEW, and you’ll want to book NOW before the rates reflect that!! If you’re booked in 2026, go ahead and get excited!! We promise you will experience a view and stay that are second to none at Sandestin!!Thank you again!! We were honored to be one of your first guests!

Manager's Response

Wow—thank you so much for this incredible review! We are genuinely honored to have hosted your family and to have been among the first to welcome guests after such a stunning remodel.
We’re thrilled to hear how much you loved the completely refreshed unit—from the breathtaking, wall‑to‑wall bay views the moment you walk in, to the bright, open-concept layout that makes family time so special. The high-end finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms, the en‑suite bedrooms, and especially those sunrise and sunset views from the upstairs master balcony truly do make this home one of a kind.
It’s wonderful to know you enjoyed watching the wildlife in the bay, cruising around in the golf cart, and experiencing the beautifully maintained grounds. Comments like yours make all the care and attention that went into this remodel incredibly worthwhile.
Thank you again for your kind words, enthusiasm, and trust. We’re so glad your Spring Break was second to none, and we can’t wait to welcome you back for another unforgettable stay at the resort!

Our family stayed at this property last week and the renovations are phenomenal! The property sits right on the bay and the oversized windows give you a bay view from every area of the house. The property is just as beautiful inside with impressive décor and luxury finishes. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay in the quiet, hidden gem Northshore neighborhood, tucked away in the bayside area of Sandestin. We enjoyed our golf cart trips over to the beach and Baytowne Wharf! Such a luxury experience. We will be back as soon as possible!

Manager's Response

Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful experience! We’re thrilled to hear that your family enjoyed the newly renovated space and those gorgeous bay views from every corner of the home. It truly is a special setting, and we’re glad it helped make your stay relaxing and memorable.
The Northshore neighborhood is such a quiet, tucked‑away gem within the resort, and we’re happy you loved the peaceful location as well as the convenience of taking the golf cart over to the beach and Baytowne Wharf. It sounds like you made the most of everything the area has to offer!
We’re grateful you chose to stay with us and can’t wait to welcome you back for another luxury getaway whenever you’re ready.
Safe travels until next time!

We love the bayside area. The condo was clean and very spacious for our family of 5. It was so much fun to have the golf cart to get around Sandestin resort. My grandson loved being able to fish in the bay and surrounding ponds and lakes. It was very easy to communicate with host and any issues were resolved quickly. The condo could use some updates for carpeting and living room furniture . The ice dispenser and water in the fridge door was so convenient. The view of the bay was amazing.

Manager's Response

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're so glad you and your family enjoyed your stay on the bayside—it sounds like it was a fun and relaxing time, especially with the golf cart and fishing spots for your grandson. We’re happy to hear communication was smooth and any issues were promptly addressed. We appreciate your feedback on the carpeting and living room furniture and will share that with the team for future improvements. The bay view truly is something special, and we’d love to welcome you back again soon! We want to let you know this unit has been renovated and updated with upscale finishes as of March 2026!

We found this to be a great accomdation right on the water. We have stayed in the beach side before and found we really preferred this for the peace and quiet as well as privacy offered by the bay side. Unit was spacious, beds were very comfortable, it was very clean and had all we needed. Enjoyed golf, nearby restaurants, shopping and relaxing on the screened in patio just feet from the water. My daughter loves having the golf cart available for her use also. Highly recommend this rental.
