You’re just steps away from the beach, where you will be introduced to our “singing sand,” powdery granules so pristine they literally hum with each step. Easy access to pool, beach, and parking are a perk. No elevators, No waiting, Covered Parking at your door.

The open floor plan of this rental unit allows for panoramic views of the Florida gulf waters and a semi-private garden area with swaying palm trees just perfect for entertaining.

The living space provides not only a cozy entertainment area, but provides extra queen sleeping arrangements with the pull out sofa. In addition, the kitchen is fully outfitted with every utensil you’ll need.

Let the soothing cadence of the ocean waves lull you to sleep just outside the sliding glass doors of the master bedroom. In addition to a luxurious king bed, the en suite has an oversized soaking tub and shower. Greet each new day outside on the quaint patio that adjoins your room.

The guest bedroom also provides a king bed with direct access to a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There are three smart TV’s in this unit, so no one will miss their favorite shows. But why watch TV when so much nature surrounds you? If you're feeling adventurous, jump on your 6-seat golf cart and explore! You are also encircled with extraordinary shopping, dining, and entertainment venues along Scenic 30A, Destin, and within the Resort.

    We had a great experience overall with My Vacation Haven. Their customer service was exceptional—responsive, professional, and timely from start to finish. They even allowed us to check in early, which was a huge help after a full day of travel with a 10-month-old (not an easy feat when naps are hit or miss!).

    The condo itself is in a prime location—just about 200 steps from the ocean. You really can’t beat that kind of access. The furniture was comfortable and well-kept, making it a nice place to relax after long beach days.

    Something to definitely take note of— the washer
    Seems to be outdated. The actual spin cycle doesn’t work, so don’t expect to do any sort of laundry while you’re there.

    That said, the cleanliness of the unit left something to be desired. For a $230 cleaning fee, we were disappointed to find cobwebs, stray hairs, and even some bugs in the home—including spiders on the ground and cockroaches in the silverware drawer, which was especially unpleasant. We reported the issue, and management offered to send someone to spray, which we greatly appreciated. We understand that bugs can be more common on the ground floor, especially when you're located right next to (literally) the dumpster but still expected a higher standard of cleanliness on arrival—especially for that steep price.

    Not sure that we would rent this specific unit again but will for sure use My Vacation Haven moving forward.

    Our experience was wonderful. Our condo was clean, the kitchen was fully stocked which was wonderful for a meal cooked in, very nice bath with great water pressure, absolutely beautiful decor, plenty of seating for our family of 6. The patio and view were also really nice and will be even nicer when construction is final outside of the patio. We saw zero updates or upgrades needed. It was simply perfect.

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect Beach Getaway!Our stay at this condo was absolutely perfect for our family of four! The location is unbeatable. It is right on the beach with first-level access and easy parking. The condo was clean, fresh, and beautifully decorated with a fun, coastal vibe. We loved that the kids had their own bedroom and bathroom, which gave everyone their own space. One of our favorite features was the six-seater golf cart that came with the rental! We used it to ride to the grocery store, shops, restaurants, and Baytowne..The welcome kits in the kitchen and bathrooms were a thoughtful touch and had everything we needed to get started. We made amazing memories here and truly had the best time. We’re already talking about coming back. Highly recommend!

    This condo is by far the best one we have ever stayed in! The location is literally steps away from the beach and the pool. We will staying here the next time we visit Destin.

    I phoned to speak to a rental specialist directly from the website. The information I received was very inaccurate. We knew the pool was under renovation, which is why I phoned, but she did not say the building was also under repair. I was informed by the agent that we would be able to use the pool at Beachside number one. Once we arrived and inquired about the code to enter the pool area, I was informed that we could not use the pool because it was a completely different HOA. The rep was very impersonal. Additionally, our balcony was Closed Off due to building repairs. Basically, we paid for a glorified hotel room, not a resort condo. The pool that was available was nearly a mile away. The condo itself was outdated. Not even a decent wine glass. Poor experience and we will not be returning. This was not about price. I’d have paid five times more to have a relaxing balcony and a heated pool nearby.

She informed you that you would be able to use the pool at the Beach House, not the Beachside 1 pool, which is part of a separate HOA. I understand that this confusion, along with the building repairs and the closed balcony, was frustrating.

    We strive to provide excellent service, and I regret that we weren't given the opportunity to address your concerns during your stay. Our team is available 24/7 and would have been happy to assist with anything that was missing or needed, from additional amenities to any maintenance issues. Had we known about these challenges while you were here, we would have worked hard to ensure a more comfortable experience for you.

    This was definitely our best trip yet! The condo was beautiful, we always stay at beachside II but this has been the cleanest condo and our best experience yet. We will only use My Vacation Haven from now on! Customer service is unbelievable. They checked on us multiple times before, during and after. Even right after booking they contacted me and walked me through all the paperwork so we were ready to go. The golf cart was just fantastic and so nice! We are already planning our next trip! Thanks again My Vacation Haven, you guys have customer service and guest satisfaction down to a science. It is noticed and appreciated.

    Unit was very clean, and updated. Ground floor level was perfect for us. Only drawback was the entry is located at the loading area , and the trash bin area. The area is awesome with more than enough activity and restaurants nearby. Bayside Wharf is an excellent place to go with or without kids.

    Condo was great and was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It also had a great selection of beach amenities. Great location on 1st floor...easy access to parking garage, beach and pool.

    First,I was not notified of the construction/renovation going on to the building. cockroaches!!!
