If your idea of beach vacation bliss is a cozy, decked-out beach house with enough space for a crowd, then “As You Wish” is your dream come true! This three-story beach house rental is locate just off the Emerald Coast in the beautiful Miramar Beach Villas community. The house has space for a maximum of 14 guests and comes equipped with everything you need for a perfect beach getaway—a private pool, a 6-seater golf cart, and lots of space for entertaining.

The beachy home’s décor is resplendent with natural, coastal hued neutrals. It’s elegant and cozy. You’ll love relaxing and entertaining in this space. As You Wish’s first floor has two bedrooms—one with a king and one with twin-over-twin bunks that share a full bathroom. The patio, which has a private, fenced-in pool, outdoor seating and dining, and a covered grilling space, is accessible from the first floor. Speakers and a gas fire pit will make the outdoors your favorite place to be; though, the second floor is ideal for entertaining.

The main living space is on the beach house’s 2nd floor. It’s open concept and leads to the spacious, fully loaded kitchen and large dining table. The guest room on this floor has a king bed with a shared bathroom and balcony access with Gulf views.

As You Wish has everything you wish in a perfect location. You’re a quick golf cart ride away from the Emerald Coast and are immediately adjacent to all of Destin’s best amenities! It’s truly paradise!

Birthday at the Beach

House was perfect for our family of 10 celebrating my dad’s 80th birthday. Very spacious with room to gather or have space individually. Kitchen and bathrooms well equipped. Pool was great in the evenings with the soft lighting along the fence. The grill was clean and had propane ready to use. The 6-person golf cart was perfect for dropping/taking people to the beach or to the grocery store. Loved having the 2-washer and dryers and their placement upstairs and downstairs. Management and maintenance were very attentive for a very small issue, the phone was answered and the maintenance tech was out in a couple of hours. Location of the house is perfect, we had a bonfire (through a company) at the beach for the birthday party and having the house close to the beach and the golf cart was great to get everyone there, due to the nightly-summer traffic. I would highly recommend this beach house, we hope to stay here again in the future.

8 times we have rented from MVH and have always had the best and most professional help. Some house issues but they addressed them immediately and make it right. Will be back with them next year for sure.

Large and spacious, beautiful home! All the amenities needed for cooking and beach. Great location for easy access to beach and golf cart included! Pool and outdoor area were perfect! Very comfy beds! Would definitely recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at this vacation rental! The space was fantastic, and I thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities it offered. The only minor issue I encountered was that the refrigerator didn’t stay as cold as I would have liked. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

This property was a perfect fit our group of 5 couples. Just a short walk to the beach or a quick trip on the 6 seater golf cart made this property logistically situated. There was plenty of room to gather inside and out for conversation and games. The owners and property managers were quick to respond and solve a couple minor questions. Very pleased with our stay.

The home was clean and accommodating for our our group of 5 couples. Great living space for groups to gather and the kitchen table was just right for playing games. While the pool was small (didn’t impact our group) the outdoor facilities were inviting for group get togethers.
A special thanks to the owners and management for quickly responding to some minor needs and questions.

We want to give this great reviews, but we had a cockroach infestation! We were greeted by a large cockroach on the kitchen door and as we moved through the house, more appeared. Maintenance came out and sprayed. We had a leaky fridge that we needed to mop up water, then we found one of the washing machines (needed to wash to towels we’d used to mop up water) was broken. Maintenance was friendly and attended to those items, as well. The beds were comfy but it’s hard to sleep with lights on to deter cockroaches. This was an attempted 50th bday party for myself and 4 friends but we really didn’t get to relax or do what we’d planned as we were constantly seeing roaches. That included a giant one in my toilet on departure day. Golf cart was great. Beach supplies great. Location pretty good too! Kitchen was well-equipped but we needed to clean everything before we used it as roaches were on cupboards too. We were compensated only with an extended (2 hour) check out that we needed for shaking all our stuff out to ensure no bugs went home with us. We were pretty negatively impacted by the bugs. We asked next door and they were not experiencing the same problems. One of my friends owns properties in Florida and she also does not experience this level of infestation. For as much as we spent, we were sorely disappointed.

Perfect getaway! The house was very clean and a perfect set up for our family. Great location to beaches and restaurants. Golf was such an added bonus. We just hopped on and off we went! I would stay there again and highly recommend.

Plenty of space. Close to beach. Construction right across street. Golf cart was old. Spiders and webs all up and down stairway inside the home. Kitchen rugs so old they needed to be trashed.

Adults had fun. Kids had fun. And we all had fun together. Very close to the beach and we really enjoyed the backyard firepit area. The location made it easy to get out and explore.
