The Big Chill has a full stage, grassy area with chairs and sofas to watch live music, numerous eatery spots from ice cream to BBQ, and spots for a little shopping as well.

    We had a great stay! Location was nice, but a bit farther from the beach than we expected. Golf cart made the travel easy though. Loved that this property had beach chairs and boogie boards available, as our friends in the same complex’s rental did not. Love the area and would stay here again!     To start with - the property was very clean and very nice. Great location across from the Big Chill and easy access to Alys/Rosemary Beach and Seaside. Beach access isn’t the easiest but it’s also a very short car/golf cart ride away and in the summer the beach shuttle would take care of that. Golf cart was broken during our time which is unfortunate. Property company did provide a small refund to compensate but it was still disappointing to not have easy use of that. Overall, we’d definitely stay here again provided the golf cart was working.

    This rental was beautiful and the location is perfect. Management company was prompt with any questions we had. Golf cart was great. Unit was super clean. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to minor complaints. There wasn't a garage door opener. Each time we left/arrived we had to go inside and open the garage door, then enter the garage. Also the ice maker didn't work, and there wasn't a broom in the unit. A few gnats in the bathrooms. Again, all very minor issues. We would recommend this place and also stay again. Thanks!

    We had an amazing time staying at this rental. The house was decorated so well and accommodated the four of us perfectly. The golf cart was a huge plus for day trips to the beach and seeing all the spots along 30A. The neighborhood is extremely safe and we loved being right across the street from The Big Chill. This was our first trip to this part of Florida and we will definitely be back!

    Beautiful property right across the street from the Hub on 30A. Close beach access and short drive downtown Seaside or Rosemary Beach. Golf cart was amazing and my family loved our 4th of July trip!

    The location of this rental was great! Walking distancing to the Hub which had great food and music! The pool was great also. We had one rainy day and loved that they had games available for us to play. Great accommodations.

    Very nice, roomy condo. Cute decorations and little extras. This complex was directly across from The Hub and condo was a short walk to the pool. Lots of stuff stored in the garage for guest use, but don’t plan to park in there. Really nice not to have to haul all of those things with us out of town. We also enjoyed the free shuttle service to Santa Clara Beach. The couple running the shuttle were very friendly and gave plenty of restaurant and attraction advice. Please check new pool hours when making plans. They have been changed from the posted hours listed in the guide book provided in the condo. Pool closed each night at 7pm while we visited.

    It was really nice. It fit our young family of five. Across the street from The Hub which had restaurants. Loved the bicycles and boogie boards that came with the house. We drove to Santa Clara beach which was about a five minute drive. We will be back.

    The house was nice but expensive. Ice maker hardly made much ice. It said they did not provide toilet paper and trash bags but they did provide plenty of both. The shuttle to the beach was great. The driver, Greg was super nice and very attentive to our needs. Pool was beautiful.

    This unit is beautifully decorated and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. It is new and did not have a few of the basics like salt and pepper or coffee, but we were able to drive down to the Publix to get these. Prominence is a nice location and cute small community. The pool was not crowded and there is still quite a bit of development planned but nothing that bothered us. We rode the bicycles to the beach about 1/2 mile away and preferred this over the shuttle option which was also available.

    We enjoyed the unit and the size of the spaces inside. The finishes were nice and the balcony was a big plus for us. The pool was nice but freezing cold. We were surprised about the absence of direct beach access from the property. The advertisement for the unit implies direct access with the beach cam. You should be clearer about the access when advertising rental units. The Hub across the street is convenient and the food is decent. Mobile phone coverage is terrible in the unit and required us to be outside the unit to make or receive calls.
