This unit has been totally updated with all new furnishings, new stainless steel kitchen appliances, newly renovated walk-in master shower with frameless glass surround, all new paint, new ceiling fans, new lighting, and newly upgraded crown, baseboards, columns and chair rail trim work. This is our 3rd or 4th year staying in this unti at Westwinds, after owning a similar unit many years prior. Westwinds remains the jewel of the Emerald Coast! This year we had more maintenance issues with the appliances, but MVH followed through to repair them.

We loved our stay in this unit! The condo was very large, it was clean, and the golf cart was provided as stated it would be. We have stayed in the Westwinds tower 3 other times, this is our favorite unit. We almost didn't come back to this resort because the last time we stayed (different unit/owner), the golf cart was being fixed and they couldn't provide another one. So we booked with our fingers crossed and were very pleased to see the gigantic golf available upon our arrival. I would say the only downside is the lack of a storage closet with beach items, each other unit we have stayed in had chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys that were available for us to use. It wasn't a huge biggie because we were able to rent them on the beach, just know that it will be an additional $250-$350 (almost worth it not to have to tote them back and forth yourself though).
Overall, beautiful unit on the top floor with AMAZING views of the ocean. Would rent this unit again.

Awesome views from the unit. This is our 3rd or 4th time staying in WW 4847 - it truly is the building to stay in when visiting Sandestin. Love the new golf cart! We have rented this property for years and plan to continue. Great location and view. Unfortunately, construction in the lobby area required exiting the bldg to access the fitness center this year. Also had multiple problems with the water sensors in the bathrooms that caused all unit water to be shut off 4 times. Also quirky software used by rental company resulted in continuing emails almost daily about needing to sign contract for next year when already resolved, and despite multiple phone calls with rental company. Otherwise very nice unit.

The unit was clean and we had a beautiful view of the ocean. Several things did come up during our stay, but we’re taken care of right away. We had a clogged sink in the master bathroom when we arrived but was quickly resolved by calling maintenance. Our water went off due to their Halo system, but we called the number to report it and within 15 minutes it was back on.

Had almost everything we needed. The view was wonderful. The use of the golf cart was great. You can get to the Publix with the golf cart without getting on the hwy. But, they said they have a cooler, no cooler so we bought one and left it for the next guest. Said they had sand toys, no sand toys so again we bought them and left them. The supplied umbrellas were both broken so we needed up having to rent some. When paying this much for a rental, these small things can make a big difference. There is also no dust pan to go with the broom to clean up. Access to the beach is very easy, pool is nice but the bar/food area was very limited and could only cook a couple of things as they did not have a cook. We really did not find any place we wanted to go that would take the discount cards that were provided. We would probably stay again.

We arrived on Thurs and left on Tues. The pictures on the website are not exaggerated. Beautiful views. Can catch both sunrise and sunsets from the room. Although, going to the beach provides a more clear view. The golf cart provided means no car rental and easy access to so many restaurants and shopping without getting onto major roads. Comfortable rooms that are spacious. I do have trouble envisioning 10 people there (Advertised capacity) as it would get crowded. I would suggest that it sleeps 5-6 adults with great privacy. It could sleep 8 adults if pull out couch is used. The owners did a great job with decor and leave so many toys and amenities (i.e. lots of beach chairs and umbrellas). They also do a great job providing the "starter" things like toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing fluid). Washer/dryer in suite is a plus! All in all --- we booked again and decided to stay 9 days versus 5 days!

The property is beautiful , just as in the photos. Very clean, nice furnishings.. not the cheap furniture you may find in other condos. Enough room for 7 people very comfortably. Beds were amazing, the view was beautiful . The closet had enough beach toys, chairs, umbrellas for the whole family. My vacation Haven customer service was on point! Very helpful and professional. Bonus... you get the use of the golf cart, that may have been the kid’s favorite! Would 10/10 stay here again.

This unit and complex are both very nice. We loved the location and the comfort of this condo. Well furnished, lovely decor and most everything you need. Beds and pillows are comfortable and there are extra blankets in the closets. Kitchen is well-equipped. The building is busy, but still quiet.

The golf cart is in very good condition and makes getting around so convenient.
We conducted reservations and check-in all electronically - instructions were simple and codes were all provided in advance. We never spoke to anyone directly, but everything worked seamlessly.

The gulf view is amazing and access to the beach was very easy. And there’s a closet with beach toys, umbrellas, and a cooler!

If I had to offer any recommendation, it would be to add an ironing board and a dustpan or vacuum cleaner to the unit. There is an iron, but no ironing board. Also, there is a broom, but no dustpan. We tried cleaning up sand from the floor throughout the week, but it was difficult without the right tools.

The penthouse of course offered beautiful views. It was a very nice, comfortable, spacious condo. Which is saying something for my family of 7. The golf cart was nice, but not really necessary. The beach was great, not very crowded. Westwinds pool area was amazing.

Everything about this condo was perfect. It was clean and comfortable. The property was beautiful and the pool was really nice! We will be coming back to this one again in the future.

This is the most beautiful condo we have ever stayed 9 years of our family renting in Destin. Lovely everywhere you looked. Soft and very pretty!!!

Loved the view! Very well maintained unit with the smell of fresh and clean. We had no problems, except some rednecks next door who made a lot of noise and mess in the hallway.

All we can say is WOW. We have been coming to SanDestin for years and normally stay at the Hilton---but when I saw this 3 BR condo-- I couldn't believe the pics and the fact it had 3 bathrooms as well. Perfect and unusual sized, beachside condo for our party of 7 (5 adults and two kids). The pictures really don't do this place justice. The view is magnificent. The balcony large and ultra safe. We could see the intercostal, the entire beach towards Destin and even Panama City on the clear days we were there. Sunrise and Sunset. Bedding was top notch as were the sheets and pillows. We all slept like logs.

The pool and beach were also amazing. Not crowded and packed in like sardines...unlike some of the places we could see from our balcony. We have been one of those sardines in the past-- and I can tell you this was a much better experience. Can't say enough good things about this well appointed and beautiful condo. Excellent and communicative management. We will stay again. So much better than a hotel!

This place was amazing! The views were spectacular. This condo is one I would highly recommend to any family or friends. The place is beautifully decorated and comfortable.We had an amazing time in a beautiful condo close to everything.
