Light and airy the décor highlights all that this property has to offer, especially its big gulf views and panoramic sights where large floor to ceiling windows optimize natural light to every room. Upon entering the property, everything has been professionally updated in a cool, coastal palate. The kitchen has Quartz counter-tops plus stainless steel appliances and glass cabinetry details. The island is the perfect size for sitting and chatting especially with the custom wet-bar and wine fridge nearby. The dining and living areas are accented in nickel gap shiplap detail adding to the posh coastal charm and light airy feel. The coastal charm takes a rustic feel with a farmhouse style-dining table to seat six and a large sectional sofa.

The shiplap detailing continues throughout along with wood-style planked tile flooring. The first master bedroom is the heart of the home with a king-size Tempurpedic mattress and truly embraces its namesake, “PharmaSea” where spa-like amenities will have you recharged and rested. The en suite bathroom has a double vanity along with a beautifully tiled standing shower. The second master bedroom also offers a king-size mattress with side chair perfect for a quiet moment. It's en suite bathroom has a custom vanity and separate shower. Each bedroom has outlets with USB ports for easy device charging.

The guest bedroom boasts a twin bed top bunk and a Queen-size bottom Tempurpedic mattress- custom built with lights, stairs, and storage.

    What a great condo to spend a vacation in. Made our visit to the beach perfect. Place was spotless and had everything you need. The views are gorgeous. The pool and beach access are wonderful!! So easy to get around. Can not wait to come back.

    Our family enjoyed our Miramar beach vacation and this condo was great!! It is well equipped, clean, and very tastefully decorated. But the best part are the views from every bedroom and living room area. It’s a gorgeous view!! The property is well kept and very clean. It’s a short walk down to the beach. It is very secure and monitored 24/7. There is also a great restaurants and shopping near by to compliment our stay.

    The condo was very nice and clean. We did have a false fire alarm at 5:40 in the morning and having to wake a 6 month old baby and walking down 18 floors was not fun. We were told this happens often. I would recommend buying new knifes, the ones there would not even cut a lemon. Overall we had a great vacation. Beautiful view.

    We come to this resort every year for my husband birthday because there is no place like this . The water , the sand , the condos, it’s just an experience I haven’t found any where like this . We have come every year for 6 years now , that’s how much I love it!

    The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Easy access to the beach and pool. The condo has an owners closet with chairs, ice chest, toys, and floats that help make your beach day comfortable. Overall we had a wonderful trip!

    It is obvious the condo has been recently renovated. The furniture and fixtures are very nice. The beds are comfortable, which is rare in a rental. We would definitely rent this unit again.

    Pharmasea was just what the doctor ordered! It is obvious that the owners are very detail-oriented, because everything-even down to the make-up wash cloths was perfect. The decor was magnificent (I’d love them to redecorate our house!) and the kitchen items were perfect! We will definitely book again!

    Pharmasea was absolutely breathtaking! There is no doubt that the owners spent a great deal of time thing out every detail of this place. From the state of the art kitchen to the pristine touches in the bathrooms, this place is truly special. The smart TV's, board games and USB outlets are other details that did not go unseen (or unused). If you love the Destin area (especially Sandestin), you will NOT be disappointed with this place. Outside of this amazing condo, Westwinds has to be one of, if not the best place to stay in all of Sandestin. Our family will certainly be back and staying at Pharmasea will be top of our list!
