4742 is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo located on the 5th floor of the complex. Boasting an open concept floor plan and beautiful beachy tones throughout, you’ll feel the Florida vibes sink in as you enter the unit. The main living area consists of a full kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, white cabinetry, and an island with breakfast bar. Enjoy a snack here or a full meal at the 6-person dining table making this a great spot to host family, friends, and guests. This space leads into the living room equipped with comfortable seating, flat screen TV, and balcony access. Spend your mornings with a cup of coffee watching the sun rise and take in the beauty of an ocean front rental.

This beachside gem can sleep up to 8 comfortably. The master features a king bed, floor to ceiling windows, and an en suite bath equipped with double vanity and walk-in tiled shower. The unit also features 2 guest bedrooms, each with a king bed. Both guest rooms have private baths, so that all your guests have the space they need for a comfortable trip.

The condo was sparkling clean, comfortable and quiet. The Westwinds property is gorgeous and well-maintained. Beach access is easy. Pool is amazing - crystal clear water and plenty of loungers. Food, drinks and service at the tiki-hut by the pool was really great. Only drawbacks were the lack of basic kitchen items and supplies (did not report them during our stay as it wasn't worth the hassle). And the "beach closet" is very small and bordering on useless.

The condo is very clean ,beds are really comfortable. We love it! Only complain is i asked for a 1 hour late check out and the property management said no. It's just 1 hour !!!

We had a pleasant stay at Westwinds 4742. We were a multi-generational group with children ages 7-10, parents, and grandparents. Everyone loved the unit. Having a golf cart available was a must for us and this unit provided that. The pool water was warm which the kids all loved. The views were unmatched. We love all of the recent upgrades and will stay again in the future.

We had another great experience staying in this condo, and we would stay there again. This was at least the fifth time we have stayed in this condo in the last few years. The 6-seater golf cart and west facing rooms are the main reason we keep coming back, but the swivel chairs in the living room are also a large part as we can enjoy the beach view from inside as well. The golf cart shut off on us several times one evening, and we reported it the next day. It was fixed right away with a new battery cable, and we had no further issues. Service was fast on that.

This was one of the nicest condos in the complex. Beautifully decorated. Very clean, very comfy beds. The golf cart was a great addition. The only issue we had was a toilet in the hall bath continuously ran and the leak monitoring sensors would shut off the water to entire condo. But it was quickly resolved with a phone call and it was remotely turned back on.The entire property and pool was beautiful and clean. We compared the beach population to surrounding facilities and this beach was very private. The beach was also incredibly clean.The other guests were very friendly. This will be our go to vacation site when staying in Mirimar.

This condo was amazing and perfect for our families. It was beautifully decorated with SUPER comfortable beds. This unit was easily cooled which is a must in the summer heat. The golf cart was an awesome addition as well. Highly recommend this rental!

Our second trip to Westwinds. Our first trip was for the month of November, our second was 5 nights during Fall break. The Nov trip was a sparkling clean fab 2 bedroom condo with the pool heated to 80 every day. An incredible month with quiet beaches, lovely waterfall and beach sounds from your bed. Fall break trip the chairs on the beach were 3 deep and very crowded. Lines everywhere and a nice but not fabulous condo. Three bedroom units have no balconies from any bedroom and the waterfall was broken the entire time. October does have the very good grill with frozen cocktails which is closed in Nov. We’ll definitely return but a two bedroom please. A great rental experience both times.

This was a very nice condo right on the beach! The only things it needs is restocking essentials for the kitchen. Missing lots of things if you cook anything there like measuring cups and spoons, cooking utensils, glasses
Etc. Nice pool and beach! Only issue for beach was the rental chairs were set up all the way across beach in front so no room for others with small kids that you needed to sit close to water. The golf cart was a plus for us too!

Wonderful unit and view of the ocean. The golf cart is a must to fully enjoy the whole resort. Had issue with toaster sparking and tripping the kitchen breaker- emailed issue on Monday and did not hear back till Thursday. We bought a toaster and left at the unit.

During peak travel season, we are a little slower via email, so calling is always best for urgent matters. We'd have happily brought you a new toaster. We will certainly be checking the electrical for that unit to make sure nothing else goes awry. That was very kind of you to leave the toaster that you purchased during your stay.

Unit was clean and well outfitted. Loved having the golfcart! The dryer was broken but property manager handled best they could and were very responsive. Westwinds was very cleaned and very responsible with cleaning and providing sanitizer stations during current situation.

Perfect week! We have stayed in Sandestin for almost 10 years. 4742 Westwinds is our new favorite unit. Gold Cart is a game changer! (Won't go again to a room without) Booked this unit again for next year!

Our family, including grandparents, kids, and grandkids stayed at Westwinds 4742 the first week of October 2019. Not only is the Resort top notch, the condo itself is stunning. Beautiful, comfy beds, all toys, chairs, and umbrella provided! My Vacation Haven even provided a Boogie Board when we didnt have one. The golf cart that comes with Condo is game changer. If you get tired of the Beach or Pool, just go explore. 2400 acres! Shops, Dining, MaryAnn the Bird at the Marina, Baytowne Wharf, the list is endless! Also, the 4 golf courses on site. I played two......the Links must do if you play. Bay right behind you on some holes!

This was our second stay at 4742 Westwinds. The condo has been beautifully updated since our last visit. We really enjoyed the new 6 seater golf cart.......plenty of restaurants within the resort you can eat at without having to drive your car.

Seven years coming to Sandestin and we have always stayed at Westwinds. And would never do anything else! We love the Rental Management staff, the maintenance staff and everyone affiliated with them. They are the best people. Helpful and friendly. The property is well-maintained and cleaned as best can be. The condo is well equipped and if there is any issue it is rectified as soon as can be.

this was a great resort/condo and will definitely stay here again. we have stayed here before but in a different condo. we loved the resort that we wanted to come back, but had a bigger crowd and needed a bigger condo. the condo was decorated very nicely and had a "home" feeling. enjoyed being on the 5th floor with a nice view.

Enjoyable experience. Weather was prefect and in late August the crowds are thin.
Condo was great with 2 minor exceptions: 1) Outdoor furniture was dirty; 2) Mattresses should be turned over. Otherwise, the condo furnishings were up to date and well furnished. The location overlooking the pool and gulf was ideal.

Everything was as advertised. Great layout. Outstanding views. Amenities and the resort facilities are great for a family. King mattresses have seen better days and the deck needs a few more chairs but all other furniture and appliances are in good shape.

Condo was as described and pictured. The staff was professional, timely, helpful, and personable. We required a replacement of a coffee pot and it was completed within a few minutes.
We appreciated the onsite security and sense of safety.

Beautiful condo with great view of the gulf, large patio. Plenty of kitchen items for cooking in. Nice furniture package, walk in shower, adult size toilets, Two great smart TV/s in each bedroom, with large one in living room. My vacation haven staff are really good, actually they are outstanding with their customer service to us.
