Updated condo in great location. This condo had plenty of everything-pillows, blankets, kitchen items, beach items, books, games and more. It’s the little things that matter to us-like plenty of clothing hangers in each room, laundry baskets, more than enough towels and washcloths, etc. the location on the property is wonderful. This condo is tucked away in a small hallway on its own, located on the 2nd floor right by the stairs and elevator. Easy pool and beach access. Will definitely book this condo again!

My family and I have stayed at the Westwinds 6 times and 4718 was one of the best condos we have stayed in so far! We loved the floor plan and the view! The kitchen is ample in size and completely stocked with more than you will ever need on a vacation. We were pleasantly surprised with the amount of beach items in the beach closet so if you fly in you won't need much. We also liked the seclusion of the condo because it is not down the main hallway and just 1 flight of stairs to go up if you want to skip the wait at the elevator. The beds were great in both bedrooms and the condo is tastefully decorated with a calming ocean vide and very well maintained and clean as a whistle.
The staff on the pool deck is always extremely nice and accommodating and don't forget to say hi to tux when you are there. We will be back annually for our dose of powdered sugar sands, beautiful sunrises and sunsets!

Great vacay condo. The kitchen was stocked with overtop dishes,pots pans etc. The beds were very comfortable .The balcony had a nice view loved drinking my coffee there every morning. Beach supplies chairs, umbrellas etc were very nice. Can't say enough about this condo. I will definitely try to go back.

Fun in Sandestin!

This condo is great. We have been to Sandestin many times and always choose to stay in the Westwinds building. Condo was very clean and incredibly well-equipped. Perfect for myself, husband, and son and has 2 pull out couches so we could have fit more people if we’d needed. Full size washer and dryer and all amenities appliances worked. This condo is on the second floor so there’s not much view of the beach but otherwise it’s fantastic and I would absolutely stay here again! Rental company (my vacation haven) was so easy to work with and saved around $500 by renting directly instead of the VRBO!

This vacation rental was absolutely perfect for our family! It had everything you needed and MORE! The property was clean, gorgeous and well-kept! The condo was well-stocked with everything (dishes, pots/pans, towels, linens, beach chairs/toys)! The large pool is heated, which was a plus, and the baby pool was SO nice to have for our 17-month old. We cannot wait to stay again!

Our stay was great, didn't have loud noises from neighbors, right on the beach, plenty of beach chairs, outdoor grills and pool were great. The floors were dirty but I'm sure it's hard to clean up all the sand that gets brought in all the time.

We stayed at Westwinds 4718 at Sandestin recently. We were two couples going down to enjoy the beach. This is a great location because both bedrooms have king beds and large bathrooms. The unit is clean, gorgeous and the property is too. There is not a great view of the beach from the balcony, but the unit being so comfortable and cozy makes up for it. Also, we were never able to get the living room television to work properly, but both bedroom TVs worked fine. The weather was fabulous and the water crystal clear-you will not be disappointed with this unit.

We had a wonderful time staying at Westwinds 4718. The condo is bright with a lot of windows and natural light. We loved being on the second floor and that the unit was on a short hallway with no other units. It was very quiet. The kitchen and beach closet are well stocked. It was great that the condo supplied beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, etc The beds were very comfortable and the unit was clean. It was also very convenient to the pool and beach. We look forward to staying here again.

We had the best time staying at 4718 Westwinds! The condo has bright & airy decor, an open concept layout, spacious bedrooms, and plenty of lounge seating for multiple guests. From the condo, you can be at the beach or pool in 5 minutes or less. We will definitely be staying here again next time we visit Sandestin!
