This spacious beachfront home is located on desirable 30A, within the quiet community of Dune Allen, part of Santa Rosa Beach. This vast expanse of open Gulf front acreage is best known for its sparsely inhabited beaches, sparkling white sand, and quaint charm.

The breathtaking view of the Gulf will immediately captivate you and welcome you to your vacation. The expansive deck stretches the width of the property with plenty of seating for your whole party to take in the panoramic scene. You’ll be tempted to take every meal at the outdoor picnic table to fully enjoy the sweeping vistas. Stepping inside to the main living area, there’s adequate seating for all. So, settle in to sit and chat, watch TV, or simply gaze at the extraordinary horizon.

The carefully designed layout of this property gives you unparalleled views of the Gulf from the kitchen, dining, and living areas. Nestled on scenic highway 30A is the charming community Dune Allen Beach. A longstanding local spot for eclectic shops, eateries and homes, this part of 30A is often sought after for a laid back beach lifestyle. Its restaurants and stores are locally owned and at the heart of the community’s vibe. The 30A bike path will offer a safe, dedicated option to check it all out. Within a short loop you can grab coffee at nearby Gulf Place or stop by the bakery by heading back east to Blue Mountain Beach. Enjoy days on the beach and biking through blue lupine, the area’s native blue flowering plant. When you’re ready for more adventure, seek out the numerous biking and hiking trails that twist and turn through the surrounding Point Washington State Forest.     This is the second time we've stayed at this home. We love the remodel they've done - new bathrooms and decor. This was a great location and property for our family of 7 over new years. Plenty of seating for TV, games, meals. Some of the family room furniture is getting a bit worn, but very comfortable.

    Loved this house and the customer service! Home is well-kept and just feet from the beach. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was convenient. Will be staying here again!

    So very happy we picked this home for our vacation. House was beautiful and the view from the living area is amazing. Beds were comfortable, house was extremely clean, close to everything we wanted to do and great restaurants. Also, everyone from booking to departure were extremely kind and helpful. We will be staying again in the very near future !

    We have stayed at Wave Watcher several times over the past 7-8 years, and always love it. Great location, and the view is perfect! Step directly onto the beach from the deck stairs...fantastic. House has been renovated with new bathrooms, furnishings, paint, and a new deck. It's always clean, and the new management company is very helpful. We'll keep coming back, for sure. Highly recommend Wave Watcher!

    We've stayed at this house several times over the past 7-8 years, and love it. The location and view are perfect. Recently updated bathrooms, furnishings, paint, etc look great. And the new deck is fantastic. New management company was great to work with. We will definitely keep coming back to Wave Watcher.
