This vast expanse of open Gulf front acreage is best known for its sparsely inhabited beaches, sparkling white sand, and quaint charm.

The breathtaking view of the Gulf will immediately captivate you and welcome you to your vacation. The expansive deck stretches the width of the property with plenty of seating for your whole party to take in the panoramic scene. The location and view cannot be beaten! I love the quiet western end of 30a and the obstructed views are particularly perfect for sunset! The house functioned well for our large family. The kitchen is well stocked. We did have an issue with the refrigerator but the property manager and staff had great communication and helped work it out! Overall great experience!

What a great house! It is beautiful! This house has everything you need. The kitchen is fully stocked. There is also a beach storage that has an umbrella, chairs, boogy boards and more than enough beach toys for the kids. Having a private beach at your front door is just amazing. The managing company was quick to respond to my messages while there. I def recommend this house!

This house was perfect for our family! It has everything you need. Just bring beach towels!! The shower door does still leak in the master bath, but nothing that an extra towel on the floor can't handle. The management company was quick to respond to my questions. Overall, we had an excellent stay here and would def recommend.

Would stay here again. Everyone complimented their comfy beds. Clean. Kitchen well equipped. Bathroom "starter kits" contained shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, body wash, two bars soap. Spare remote batteries should be provided. Had to troubleshoot wifi to get it working. Zero ice upon arrival and icemaker slow to replenish. King ensuite shower leak mentioned in previous reviews still an issue. That bathroom needs extra towels to dry the floor after every shower. 2 usable beach chairs, but not as pictured on website.

My family stayed for spring break. House was great and in great location. The glass shower doors or seals need to be addressed especially the master bath but other than that everything was perfect

Really enjoyed the house and being able to walk to the beach. We were impressed that a representative called us the next day to check on things. We told her that there was no remote to the TV in one of the rooms, also the hose nozzle was broken when we got there. An hour later a service man arrive with the remote. We found out while he was there that the microwave oven wasn't working. He check it out and couldn't get it to work. An hour later he returned with a counter top Microwave. One negative comment, the shower doors didn't have any gaskets on the doors and they leaked on the floor which we had to wipe up after every shower. We compliment Vacation Haven for reacting so quick to the small problems. We would highly recommend this house.

Enjoyed our stay at the Wave Watcher beach home. It's a beautiful house right on the beach! The house was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of furniture in the living area and very comfortable. Nice that all bedrooms had private baths. Only things to bring to management's attention is that shower in the master bedroom with the turquoise/white lamps leaked onto the floor. Think the shower door threshold wasn't leveled and caused water to spill over onto the floor. We placed a rolled up towel to catch the water. Also TV in twin bedroom and TV in the queen room did not work. Overall our stay was wonderful.

Clean house. Open floor plan. Close to restaurants on 30A and some shopping. Best of all, private beach. No one to sit right against you and annoy you all day. Will definitely stay here again.

The house was gorgeous immaculate and well stocked. The view is breathtaking, the location is perfect not too close to the crowds but close enough to get to in a few minutes. We love everything about it.

We spent a lovely week on the beach in wave watcher. The house was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was well appointed. There were plenty of linens and towels. The furniture was comfortable.
The managers responded very promptly when we had a problem with the door after a sudden storm.
I appreciated the text messages, reminding us of garbage pick up times, and also checking to see if everything was OK. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

We rented Wave Watcher with three other couples and this house was perfect! We all had our own bathrooms and the house is very spacious and clean. We loved the huge deck space right there on the water. The only thing I would say for management would be to change the kitchen rugs and clean a couple of the family room chairs. The rugs are pretty worn out and the older chairs just need to be cleaned. Everything else was perfect! Management was great as well. They called the second day just to make sure everything was okay and to see if we needed anything. They also allowed us to keep luggage at their office on checkout day when a few of us had a flight that had been pushed back a few hours. It all worked out great and we would definitely recommend to others and will return again!

This is the second time we've stayed at this home. We love the remodel they've done - new bathrooms and decor. This was a great location and property for our family of 7 over new years. Plenty of seating for TV, games, meals. Some of the family room furniture is getting a bit worn, but very comfortable.

So very happy we picked this home for our vacation. House was beautiful and the view from the living area is amazing. House has been renovated with new bathrooms, furnishings, paint, and a new deck. It's always clean, and the new management company is very helpful. We'll keep coming back, for sure.
