As you walk into the home on the 1st floor, you’ll be greeted by an open concept floor plan featuring tile flooring, elegant fixtures, and coastal furnishings. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a spacious island with breakfast bar for added seating. Next to the kitchen is the dining area with 6-person table. Surrounded by windows in a private nook, this is a great spot to make lasting memories with family and friends.

The first floor also features a living room with ample seating, flat screen TV, and access to the back patio. This covered outdoor space overlooks the fairway and comes equipped with a BBQ grill. This bayside gem features 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 guests comfortably. The master is equipped with a king bed and features a private balcony and en suite with double vanity, jacuzzi tub, and walk-in tiled shower. Immaculate well appointed home right on the golf course! The home offers a fun golf cart we used to go to the beach community pool and pool ithin the neighborhood. Baytown Wharf had fireworks, a band, dance party and other entertainment while we were here. It was fun seeing dolphins in the bay or watching someone fishing and catching quite the catch. Shopping great eateries or happy hours are close by. Kids activities are incredible. The home as outstanding with a fully stocked kitchen for your cooking needs. Come home to relaxation and a great house!!!

This was the first vacation we had taken to the beach in FL in 4 years. We had 3 kids with us and the golf cart was amazing to just drive wherever we needed. We loved the house. There was quite a bit of noise one night from neighbors but it was no reflection of the house. We had an amazing time, and I would absolutely come stay again!

We had a wonderful time on our vacation. The home was clean and spacious. It was nice to have the golf cart- we used it to get to the beach, pool, Baytowne Wharf, and Publix which were all near by. Also close to a nice shopping area. The beach chairs, umbrella, and family games were a nice addition!

This place was everything we could’ve asked for in a spring break getaway place. We had six people in our party. The three bedrooms enabled everybody to sleep comfortably in their own beds. The comfort of the king size bed in the master suite enabled both me and my wife to sleep very well. Out the back door overlooks a par 5-5th hole fairway. We got to watch a lot of golfers hit their second and third shots into the green, which was very cool sitting out on the back porch or outside our bedroom on the deck. For those of you that like to fish, out the back door across the fairway is a pond and out the front door to the right about 40 yards is another pond. I finished five out of the eight days that we were there and caught fish every single time I went(over 40 in all). Largemouth bass and huge bluegill 10+” long were really fun to catch and release. We utilized the golf cart every single day. It is only about a 7 to 10 minute cart ride to the beach. It is a five minute cart ride to Baytowne wharf. So everything is right there within reach. Combine that with the homey feel of the living room and kitchen for the couple of days that it stormed and was cold, and it was perfect. The only thing we had a ding on the place at all was that the Wi-Fi went down two of the days. It didn’t slow us though because we didn’t need it that much, and just used our hot spots and 5G when down. Overall, I highly recommend this property and the leasing company as they made it all very easy. I’d go to this place again in a heartbeat!

Our week in Villa Largo was amazing. The house provided everything that we needed from guest toiletry packs all cooking accessories, spacious, and a nice view on the golf course as well. The location and having the golf cart was very handy and it allowed us to get to Baytown wharf and a matter of minutes safely. We had four adults and one child That stayed in the House. There was plenty of room with the upstairs and downstairs for more people if needed. From the time we arrive to the time we left there was not one issue, problem, or hitch to our stay. Place was very clean and well taken care of.

We had a fantastic stay at 1869! The thoughtful touches, like sand buckets for the kids and a selection of board games for quieter days, made our experience even more enjoyable. We loved sipping coffee on the second-floor balcony and relaxing on the porch with views of the golf course.The golf cart rides to Baytown Wharf were a highlight, and the incredible playground kept the kids entertained for hours. Plus, it was just a short, easy ride to the beach. Each room featured smart TVs, and the beds were incredibly clean and comfortable. The spacious master bathroom was a beautiful addition to our stay.We loved 1869 so much that we’ve already booked it again for next year! Thank you my vacation haven for making everything a breeze!

Had a wonderful visit to the area! Despite Hurricane Francine causing some rough weather, it was a great stay! It's the best location with all the access and security you would ever want! If you are going to try food outside of Sandestin, can't recommend Pompano Joe's, The Back Porch, and the Shack for local seafood.

Gorgeous, clean vacation home! We would rate this one of the best homes we’ve stayed in and had so much fun. We wish we would have stayed longer!Short walk to everything and private beaches were the best in FL. The house was also very comfortable with costal decor and all the luxuries!

It was apparent immediately upon arriving that the property is very well taken care of! The house was incredibly clean and had a ton of amenities to make our extended stay very comfortable. My wife and I, our kids and a friend for each stayed here and had an excellent stay. The golf cart made it very convenient to get around, especially the beach. The condo layout was very nice and it was clean. We stayed almost one week and had no complaints. I had a few questions and vacation haven was quick to respond. This unit backed up to the golf course so it gave it a resort feel. There is a small private porch off the master bedroom and that was nice to use in the mornings.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this gorgeous impeccably clean home. Everything was not only spotless, but there was plenty of room for us to enjoy. The house is located in the perfect area in the neighborhood and is within walking distance to everything. We loved having the golf cart to go to the beach and use for golfing. We also loved the shopping, ice cream , and fantastic food. There was so many options for a variety of tastes. Hands down the best!

This rental is super nice and was better than we expected! Very clean and nicely decorated. The golf cart was in new condition and made grocery store, gym & beach trips very fun. Enjoyed the open floor plan and appreciated the new comfortable furniture. The large TV made movie nights extra special. We had no problems at all with the rental. My Vacation Haven made reservation and check in/out extremely easy and convenient. Very relaxing and enjoyable vacation...just what we needed!

Beautiful place! We had an amazing vacation! Loved the location and having the golf cart was so convenient! It was so easy to get to the Wharf, beach and shopping! The house was super clean and so nice. Loved the beds and the linens!! Felt like a 5 star hotel!

Best place to stay in Sandestin! It was super clean and so great! Loved the location, so close to everything. They had everything we needed to go to the beach and the fold cart was large enough to hold us all! We will definitely be returning!

The home was very clean and nicely appointed. The location was excellent for Golf, dining and beach days. The golf cart was brand new and it was very functional for 6 people to get around Sandestin. The home itself came with plenty of fresh clean linens and the beds were very comfortable. The team at My Vacation Haven are very helpful and we will definitely stay at this location again soon!

We had a great time staying in Villa Lago! We come to the resort every year, and nothing beats have all the space in the home plus the golf cart to get around. We took the golf cart up to the beach, out to dinner, and even to get groceries. It was invaluable to our trip! The unit was clean and well stocked, and the app had great advice on things to do in the area.
