This beautiful golf course front beach home, nestled away on the Bay side of the SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT®, this home comes with a 6 seat Golf Cart in the coveted community of Villa Lago. Each home offers its own take blending a Tuscan feel with our Panhandle Florida charm. The comfortable beach vibe is noticed right away as you enter the home with a blend of light colors and cozy furnishings thoughtfully curated to make your next coastal vacation a trip to remember. This home is located across the street from the community pool for quick and easy access to the fun.

The kitchen will “wow” any cook in your group! With granite countertops and stainless appliances, there is plenty of counter space, perfect for whipping up a simple snack to enjoy on the patio overlooking the golf course or pack up something for everyone and create a sunset picnic – beach Resort style! The open concept first floor hosts the living area and dining area next to the kitchen. With doors leading out to the back patio where you can relax and grill out your next feast. There is even a half bath and washer/dryer on the first floor for convenience.

Aside from the main master bedroom and full en suite bathroom on the 1st floor, the second floor hosts 4 of the home’s five bedrooms. There are two additional master suites which each offer their own en suite, private bathrooms. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed and the fifth bedroom is perfect for the kids with two sets of twin bunk beds, both with pullout twin trundles and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Very nice property in excellent location, very close to the pool. My only complaint is the spider webs and bugs all over the interior of the home. The management team addressed it immediately and had someone come out to spray, but the bugs were still issue continued throughout our stay. Would stay again if the issue was resolved.

Lovely home right across the street from the pool. Perfect location with the golf cart made our trip convenient and fun. Loved the outside areas although the upstairs back balcony could use a little sprucing.

We loved the home and the neighborhood. It’d been a while since I had been a dusting, but it definitely won’t be the last time! The house and golf cart made everything super convenient.

The home is conveniently located across from a swimming pool, gravel parking lot and Baytowne Wharf. The are great views of the golf course from the covered patio. The home was clean, in great condition and had the right space & floor plan for our crew. The golf cart that comes with the home was new and we had no issues getting around. Thanks for letting us stay and we hope to be back soon.
