Situated in the SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT®, this pet friendly home has a large back patio overlooking the golf course. Grab some coffee or a cold drink and enjoy the warm Florida sunshine while taking in the action happening on the green.

This beautiful beachy home has an open floorplan, so you and your loved ones can relax together or enjoy your own space. With 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. One of the bedrooms features a cool triple bunk bed on the first floor – perfect for the younger members of your family! There is even a full bath on the 1st floor for convenience. The master suite has a king bed and large en suite bath with soaker tub, separate double vanities, and a walk-in shower. The other 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor both have queen beds and share a large bathroom with double vanity.

A fully equipped kitchen complete with a breakfast bar and dining room is the perfect place to mix up your family’s favorite foods or enjoy a quick snack before heading to the beach.

When you and your guests are relaxed and ready to explore the surrounding areas, hop in one of two provided golf carts and zoom away to the Village of Baytowne Wharf, cruise on down to the white sand beaches and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, or explore more of the many shopping, dining ,and entertainment options in the area.

Great House, Highly Recommend, and Pet Friendly!

It wasn't easy finding a rental option inside Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort that had 3 bedrooms, golf cart(s) included, wasn't a condo or townhome, was directly on the golf course, and was pet friendly. Villa Lago 1843 checked all those boxes and turned out to be a great choice. It is located towards the north end of the bayside part of the resort, but trips (via golf cart) to the beach, grocery store, shops and restaurants were easy and quick. The interior layout of the house and furnishings made you feel right at home with everything you need. The only small issue that rose was parking. The house has a small, two car driveway which made parking two vehicles and two golf carts kind of a challenge (the resort and HOA don't allow street parking or parking on any landscaping). However, we were able to make it work since we never needed to use our vehicles again once we arrived (can access virtually everything via golf cart). In close proximity to the house were the clubhouse of two golf courses, plenty of good pond fishing, and the Village of Baytown Wharf which is full of restaurants, ice cream shops, arcades, etc. Overall I was very pleased with the stay and would definitely recommend for families with kids. Lastly, the communication from the team at My Vacation Haven made booking, asking questions, check-out, etc. extremely easy and seamless.

Loved having 2 golf carts. Made the trip amazing. Everyone could explore and hit their favorite spots. Furniture comfortable and kitchen has everyou need. Beach chairs and umbrellas perfect addition.

Pros: beautiful resort setting, golf carts a bonus, Baytown Wharf activities fun, condo clean and well stocked, maintenance quickly addressed a couple of issues.
Cons: distance from beach (golf carts helped), ice maker slow (bought ice), pool pavement needs to be redone- so hot blistered bottom of feet.
Overall great stay! Would definitely recommend this condo snd My Vacation Haven.

Fantastic location, directly across from one of the pools. Far enough away from the Baytown area, that you didn't get noise, but close enough that you could get to anywhere on property within a few minutes. Plenty of room in the house, everything was cery comfortable. Would definitely stay here again! Having the two golf carts was great as well, for the times we wanted to split up and go different places. Management staff was very responsive as well when we had questions and wanted to extend our stay.

This unit is stocked with everything you need. The bunks are great for the kids. The kids loved riding to the beach and restaurants on the golf carts. We will definitely return.

This house is vey nice. It is well furnished, the beds are comfy and the bathrooms are spacious. The living room has lots of seating. The view from the back patio is great. The kitchen is well stocked. Definitely will be back next year!
