Beautiful home along 30A within walking distance to the beach and the coastal dune lake is only 0.3 mile away. You will find biking and walking trails along the quietest and nicest part of 30A.

This is a comfortable family home with lots of room to spread out and relax. Soothing colors of grey, white and blue will calm your senses while breathing in that beach air. The front porch has rocking chairs and the back screened porch is enjoyable. There is a foosball table for fun for all ages and cornhole to play outside. A large outdoor entertaining area with a new outdoor BBQ grill, firepit and more.

Upstairs, you will find the oversized master suite with king bed and en suite bathroom. The first guest bedroom has a new king bed for comfort and the second guest bedroom is fun for the kids with a twin over twin bunk bed and separate lofted twin bed. Comfy seating in this room will make it fun to play the provided Nintendo Wii! There is a good size full bathroom with shower/tub combo for your convenience. Also upstairs you will find the full size laundry room with washer and dryer.

The community of Santa Rosa Golf Villas has a beautiful community pool and lounge chairs to soak in the Florida sun and cool off with a refreshing dip in the water.

    This is our second visit to this property. It’s comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet, and it’s a perfect walk to the beach. The only thing I would suggest is the beach chairs and umbrella the house provides should be replaced.

    We were able to stay in this house for the second straight year, which made our kids very happy. They love this house (mom and dad do too!) and it’s just a 2 minute drive to the beach!! If you wanted to go for a walk, you could walk to the beach. But I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re bringing beach chairs, sand toys, coolers, etc. It’s probably around 15 minute or so walk. We feel right at home in this house and hope we get to stay there again in the future. The Santa Rosa Beach area is a great alternative to Destin as it is quieter and not as busy, but it’s a growing area with plenty to do. You must eat at Stinky’s and Pizza by the Sea! And Destin is less than 30 minutes away. We go to this area in September, which leads to smaller crowds too. But that’s how we like it. I also wanted to say a huge thank you to Pam and her management team as our refrigerator quit working before we arrived on Labor Day. We went to the grocery store before we checked in, so we had to throw a few cold things out like milk and cook other things before they spoiled. The maintenance team arrived first thing the next morning to try and fix it, but they had to order a part. The part did not arrive while we were there, but we got a large mini fridge in its place. And Pam brought us ice multiple times! It was a huge help! The mini fridge obviously has its limits with space, but we didn’t let it ruin our stay at all. We usually have a filtered water pitcher and we brew our own tea, so we couldn’t do it this time. Pam & her team’s quick response and concern for our situation greatly impacted our positive response and our attitude regarding the issue. We were grateful for that. We can’t wait for our next trip to Santa Rosa Beach and we look forward to using My Vacation Haven again in the future! ���� ☀️ ☀️

    Perfect Family Vacation

    Our family had a wonderful stay! Part of the reason I booked this house was because of how spacious it appeared in the photos, and it didn’t disappoint! We loved the beach access! We rented a golf cart, which made it super convenient, otherwise it would have been quite a walk with young children and beach gear, but we never had any problems finding parking for the golf cart. The house is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, and has some great walking trails close by. I actually loved that it wasn’t right on 30A, yet we were so close to our favorite spots. The beach chairs were another added bonus and the kitchen was well stocked. The only thing missing was some throw blankets to cozy up on the couch!

    My husband and I were impressed with all of the amenities of this property.
    Perfect location for us 15 min walk to the beach/2min drive. Appreciated the chairs and umbrella for use at the beach! Loved the screen porch area. Seating/set up in house was perfect for the time we spent in the house. Appreciated the pans/utensils, etc available since we made breakfast every morning before hitting the beach. The Santa Rosa Beach access was amazing and the beaches were the best in the area-so beautiful! We loved the whole area- but this little neighborhood was so great-close to what we needed but away from the busier 30a and 98 noise. It was just a 1 1/2 mile walk on a paved walking/bike path to the Gulf Place shopping area with great restaurants/shops. There was a bike rental place also that we didn’t take advantage of this trip. First time ever on the Emerald Coast but definitely won’t be our last!

    Great family stay at a nice clean house with a quiet location. We enjoyed riding bikes to the beach, coffee shops or ice cream. The community pool is nice and not crowded. My Vacation Haven responded quickly to several requests.

    This is a great place to relax, and it has everything in order to do so. The house is beautifully maintained. There’s plenty of space for everyone to relax especially if you have two families traveling together the beds are very comfortable and the kids loved the bunk room. The fire pit was a hit every night. The pool is beautiful and there is a gas fireplace in that area which we utilized several times. The beach is within walking distance and you were also in close proximity to several good restaurants and a nice shopping district. Don’t miss out on this place. It’s fantastic.

    This is a house with everything needed for maximum relaxation! Beds were comfy and kids loved the bunk room! The house is in great condition and in a very quiet neighborhood. Very walkable to the beach. Plenty of space for a large family or two families to spread out. The grill and back is very nice and the fire pit was awesome. We thought the hanging lights above the fire pit area was a really nice touch. Screened in porch was great for a morning coffee and reading time. Very nice amenities including the pool with a gas fireplace in the pool area was a hit with our group. Don’t miss out on this place. It is fantastic!

    This may have been the best experience we've ever had with a rental company. They were easy to get ahold of, had EXCEPTIONAL customer service, and were friendly and kind. Even though our rental needed some normal maintenance during the week, it was not an inconvenience and their text messaging system was exceptional for communicating.

    Villa Coastalotta was the perfect February getaway. Close to the beach, yet far enough from the congestion of 30A. The decor was lovely and comfortable.
