Living is easy at this quaint, spacious 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom townhome property where a short stroll leads to some of the best amenities offered at SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT®. Which amenities you may ask? Get your checklist ready! Enjoy The Village of Baytowne Wharf, Baytowne Golf Club, Baytowne Marina, the Tennis Center and Jolee Island which are all just steps away.

The property’s is two stories so the living room has wonderful high ceilings and two sofas, sitting chairs, and side tables. The living, dining, and kitchen are open so sipping your morning coffee is a made little more comfortable as you relax and take in views of the Baytowne Golf Course and lush patio area. The property offers a spacious and fully-equipped kitchen with coordinated appliances, natural stone countertops and a large breakfast bar area.

There are two master bedrooms downstairs each with king beds and en suite bathroom. Downstairs also has a convenient half bath. Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms perfect for guests. These bedrooms have beds to sleep all the kids- either one twin bed and queen over queen bunks OR onw full bed and one twin bed, and their own en suite bathrooms as well!

Take a new adventure when you walk over to the Baytowne Marina and try out some of their many water sports. Kayaks, boating, stand-up paddle are great ways to explore ‘the other side’ of Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort when you paddle around and find unique creatures like crabs and fish in the bay waters. Along the way, make a stop at nearby Jolee Island where kids will over the marked nature trail. Yes, the beach awaits too! Just hop the resort shuttle to start your day at the beach.

Turnberry is located on the lakeside of the Resort. These 2- and 3-bedroom townhome style condominiums offer beautiful views of the Baytowne Golf Course and its surrounding lakes and plush landscaping. The community boasts a pool and convenient access to The Village of Baytowne Wharf and all of the amenities of the resort. There is also open parking, and beautiful walking paths to help make your next vacation convenient and relaxing. Amenities such as golf, tennis, biking, boating, water sports and more are available locally at additional costs.

The condo is in generally great condition. The furnishings are nice and the location is great. The minor issues to be aware of are the outdated TVs throughout the unit. The main tv in the living room has a large bad spot on the bottom left corner that affected the quality of the picture. The exhaust fans in the bathroom were very loud.
My Vacation Haven’s service as usual was great. We had a issue with the grill being out of gas and it was cared for very promptly.

We have stayed in Sandestin on many occasions since 2006. In my opinion, this area (Turnberry) delivers the best value for the cost. This particular unit, being a 4 bedroom unit, delivers exceptional value. We plan to rent it again in the future

Very nice and roomie house. Family love this place. Location was great. Staff was very professional and friendly.(we love the security gate staff on Day/evening) overall Awesome time.

Loved this unit, and it's proximity to golf, Marina & Village. Maintenance crew very helpful! A new mattress is needed in the suite off the kitchen, but everything else is fine, spacious & comfortable. We love coming back here every year!!

I don't want to give too much praise to this weekly rental at the beach because I would like for it to be available when we come back next year. But it was perfect with its 4 bedrooms for our family's needs with one set of grandparents and three sets of married children with grandchildren. Pool was close by and beach was a short 5 minute drive away.

Loved the close proximity to Baytown Wharfe. Lovely home, lots of room. Close to pool and nice parking. Traffic into Destin was backed up frequently in June, but just had to time it right.

We stayed for 3 months to migrate south from Minnesota's winter. We have returned once again to the same warm and cozy spot.
