Newly updated, this 2-bedroom Turnberry condo comes with a 6 Seat Golf Cart! The entire unit has been freshly painted, the upstairs carpet was replaced with wood-look LVP flooring, and there is all new furniture throughout. Take in the serene views of the lake and the 1st hole of Baytowne Golf Course from one of the many windows within the condo or from the spacious, open balcony. The first floor encompasses a fully equipped kitchen, including a pantry, large living & dining area, and a powder room.

At the top of the stairs is a loft space with a new full size sleeper sofa, providing extra sleeping accommodations and a laundry closet with the washer and dryer. Both bedrooms are located on the second floor. The Master suite features several windows providing for ample natural light, a walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, large garden tub, and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features two twin beds and an ensuite bathroom as well.

When you are ready to enjoy the outdoor paradise, venture out onto the balcony and grill up a meal on the BBQ grill while watching the lake and golf course views. Or, hop on the 6 Seat Golf Cart that is included with this rental and head over to the private resort beach access, the Village of Baytowne Wharf, or Grand Blvd for shopping, dining, and events.

    This condo was by far our favorite place we’ve ever stayed. Anything and everything you need is included. The master bedroom and bathroom were my favorite ❤️ Even with the few little mishaps that happened during our stay, we will still be back next year. MVH was super responsive, quick to help, and always friendly when we had to call.

    The vacation rental was very clean and had all the essentials we needed for our stay. The rental was as pictured, and accommodated our family. The only negative were the TVs in the guest room and the loft space. The guest room TV was basically an early 2000s pc monitor. The loft TV did not have cable and the smart capabilities was greatly limited. I had to constantly reset the wifi and restart the Prime Video. The parking is also an issue, but it was a busy holiday weekend so not a big deal.

    It is a great property with all of the amenities that you need! Great kitchen and grill area. We cooked some nights and it was perfect for doing that as well as breakfast. A golf cart is a must at the resort and makes life much easier and this property has a great, newer cart with room for 6 people. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The only issues we had were with one stair that is cracked going up to the bedroom areas and the dryer was slow drying, but I could see that the vent on the outside looked completely clogged, but is only accessible by a ladder. Also, the master bedroom could use some darkening curtains because I was awake every morning by 6:00 because it was so bright. I love the windows in the bedroom, but it could definitely use those curtains until you are ready to get up. The property is well taken care of!

    This unit was nice. Everything you need is there.
    Close proximity to one of the pools and there is a golf cart for going to the beach and around the property. My only suggestion would be to get the master bed updated with a new mattress or mattress topper. The current bed is not comfortable.

    We had a great getaway to Sandestin and really enjoyed this property. It is comfortable (great beds!), clean, and has everything you might need. The patio gives a great view of the golf course and pond. It is centrally located to tennis/pickleball, Baytowne, and walking paths. We love having access to a golf cart, too!
