Unit 8504 is a hidden gem located lakeside on the resort. A second-floor entry, this two-story condo offers an open concept floor plan, private deck, and comfortable furnishings for a relaxing trip. When you walk into the main living area, you’ll be greeted by wall-to-wall windows and natural light. The living area, featuring a vaulted ceiling and floor-to-ceiling windows, offers cool blue tones, ample seating, and an 86” flat screen TV for movie nights, sports games, and all the golf you can handle. Next to the living area is the beautiful kitchen, featuring J-shaped island with breakfast bar seating, white on white appliances and cabinetry, and a cozy dining nook surrounded by windows overlooking the lake. From here, access your private deck with table, chairs, and personal grill. This is the perfect space to start your day with a cup of coffee or end your night with a drink as the sun sets over the Gulf.

This Miramar Beach treasure features 3 bedrooms and sleeps 11 between two floors for maximum comfort. The master offers a king bed with en suite bath featuring a soaker tub and walk-in shower. The first guest room is equipped with a king bed, and the second features two queens. With 3.5 bathrooms, everyone will have the space they need to start and end their days in peace.

    Had an issue though with fruit flies throughout the condo
    A person was sent out to try to resolve but it didn’t help much

    Loved our stay at Turnberry 8504! Our unit was clean and well equipped. The views were exceptional from every room and loved the location within Sandestin Resort. The golf cart was a great addition. This has become one of our favorite rentals in the community and we will certainly be back! The staff at My Vacation Haven have been great to work with and look forward to our next trip to Sandestin.

    Property was just as pictures showed, however the lake view was amazing and was not captured as well. Having the two golf carts really made this trip more relaxing. The location was perfect and we were able to park our car and golf cart to everything we wanted to do and it was all within minutes. The property was clean, had great usable space for our group, and the beds were actually comfortable.
    We had dinner at Vintij which was delicious and highly recommended, then another night we ate at Roberto's Pizzeria which is another spot I would recommend. So much to do for our girls group, family with kids, or those just wanting to relax. I would highly recommend this unit.
    I would like to mention that the management company was easy to work with and everything was an easy process. We even had to call upon check-in because garage door would not open and they had someone right out to fix. We had such an enjoyable trip and this property was perfect.

    Location was great! We were close to everything and Sandestin offers everything., beach, multiple pools, places to eat, shop, golf, paddle boarding, kayaking, boating, Sandestin has it all. The property we stayed in for our visit was perfect. It was true to the pictures online with the exception it truly didn’t not capture the lake view you had with all the tall windows. Having 3.5 baths was really good and the kitchen offered great space for cooking. The golf carts and all the beach amenities they had in the garage made for a great getaway. We would all highly recommend. I also want to add we could not get the garage door to open and the management company had someone right over to fix. Couldn’t have asked for anything better for this trip.

    This condo was was extremely clean and well cared for/maintained. We had plenty of room for the seven of us to sleep. The condo allowed enough space for us to have some privacy as well. We loved having the two golf carts and the garage to keep all the sandy stuff out of the house. The location is very close to the Villages of Baytowne Wharf which was great! We went during July 4th and the back porch had an amazing view of the fireworks display. There was no need to be in the crowd at the Villages to see it. We really enjoyed our stay here. We will definitely come back!

    We were very pleased with this spacious property with amazing views- we spent a lot of time out on the balcony. The golf carts were a wonderful addition to the unit and made getting around the resort very convenient. The kitchen was well stocked and hand ample seating at the bar and table. Highly recommend!

    Upon entering the unit, the view was breath taking! The unit was clean and offered ample supply of things until we were able to make it to the market! We will definitely be returning.

    2 Golf Carts were a hit

    Having two golf carts was our favorite part! We loved being able to split up when some wanted to head to the village for lunch and others were content sitting on the beach. Cannot say enough good things about our stay!
