The Tides at Tops’l Beach & Racquet Resort sits beachfront high above the sandy white dunes of the Emerald Coast. This beachfront condominium features private balcony two- and three-bedroom accommodations with plenty of room for family and friends.

Complimentary beach and sports equipment for basketball, shuffleboard and putt-putt can be picked up at the Association office on the ground floor of the Tides at Tops'l building. The Resort fitness center card is not available for purchase with this condo.

Located next to the serene Tops’l nature preserve, Tops’l Resort hosts a quiet private beach for your enjoyment. After you’ve relaxed on the beach, head to the shopping, dining, and entertainment of Destin and Miramar Beach just minutes away.     Nice, updated condo. View of ocean isn’t the best, but that was okay because we were not in the room much. On the surface, the room was clean, but when I used a towel to clean floor, it was fiilthy (probably like this at any condo or hotel). We weren’t given code to pickleball court, so unfortunately didn’t get to use them. All in all, nice place to stay.

    Management was wonderful from day one. They made this whole experience worry free. A few days prior we received a text with details, codes, instructions. We walked in and this unit was exactly as pictured, very clean, management had little starter boxes in each bathroom and kitchen which includes a few necessities ( detergent, soap, shampoo/conditioner). The view was spectacular. This unit did have beach items available to use. We had trouble with the cable, but management was available via text and call to help trouble shoot. We grilled one night, there is a great area with clean grills on ground area. Pool/beach access is great. We ate at the pool restaurant one evening, great service and food. One thing we wish we had access to is a fitness center. When you rent the renter needs to be a meber, and then it’s still $45 a day. We took advantage of Long Beach walks instead. Easy check-in and checkout. We would definitely stay here again.

    Beautiful condo that did not disappoint! Very well appointed with everthing you might need.
    We did have issues with the TV as there was no cable app only smartTV We are huge football fans and we had to go to a sports bar to watch games.

    The condo was exactly as described. It had all the amenities a family would need including beach toys and really nice beach chairs that you could carry like a backpack. The beds were super comfortable, too. We would stay here again.

    This was a last minute get away for my wife and I. The property was great with direct access to the beach and a pool with beach and gulf views. The condo we stayed in was clean, well stocked and perfect for our visit to the area. We would book again without hesitation and will be looking to do so with some friends.

    We are a family of 5 and flew into Florida for the first time. We didn't have a car, but the condo came with a shuttle card which was amazing!!! Getting free rides around was perfect for us! Also, the condos location is right on the beach and comes with so many amenities!!

    Very spacious, clean, and in the perfect location with access to the most beautiful beach with white, soft sand, access to chairs and umbrellas and two pools. Activities available for kids at pool area each day/night. Sand toys and beach chairs available on condo patio also. Loved the oversized patio!! The washer and dryer came in handy for beach towels and swimwear. Plenty of kitchen accessories for family meals. Close to many restaurants and shopping areas. Anticipating a return visit!!

    Our family enjoyed our spring break at Miramar Beach at the tides. The condo is conveniently located and a short walk to the pool and beach. Having beach toys available for use was well received. It allowed us more packing room! The property was clean and well maintained.

    We did have internet issues for most of our trip and worked with the staff to get the issue resolved. Once resolved the internet was super fast, but only enjoyed it the last two days! It meant the kids really enjoyed the beach, as we did to. Less time on electronics which is actually sometimes needed. I appreciated their help and quick responses. Easy check-in process and check-out process. Safe and gated community. Quiet as well. Definitely will be coming back. There is fun for all the family and all ages!!

    The kitchen is stocked with plates, cups, pans, silverware, coffee pot, tea pot, serving dishes and spoons, etc and a blender. There wasn't any coffee filters. WE left the ones we bought - not sure if this was due to covid or they don't supply those. It's a most stay at condo!!!

    I used VRBO to find a condo with great features and location. Booking was easy and Home Away answered the few questions I had in a timely and friendly manner. Condo was well equipped, secure, and comfortable with a nice big balcony and good pool and beach access, neither of which was crowded. I would definitely recommend this unit.

    We stayed in tides 611 and the home was fresh and clean when we arrived. The beds are spacious and restrooms are clean. It had a washer and dryer in the unit so we could have clean clothes without having to waste hours at the laundromat. There were an abundance of beach toys and equipment for us to use. We also Had an amazing view of the firework show from our patio.

    Our family had a wonderful vacation! The entire experience was awesome. Our condo was beautiful, clean, well-kept, and had plenty of room for our blended family of 6! We will definitely be back.

    The facility was clean and the property staff were very professional. However the master bedroom bed was very dated but overall a very relaxing stay.I would recommend this condo to my friends.

    Our condo was in excelent shape. My family was very excited to get to the beach. This condo was not directly on the beach but from our balcony we could see the ocean and the five minute walk to the beach was very easy

    This was our third time to Destin. Although we had a more direct view of the ocean last time, we knew what we were getting when we booked this one. There was a lot of confusion on the check in process and codes for the door. The guard didn't even show us on the list and had us confused with our son and his family who were coming later in the day and staying in another unit. The staff at My vacation Haven took care of it quickly but was not a good way to start our stay after a long flight. The unit was clean and fit our needs perfectly with a few exceptions that the owner should be aware of and fix asap. There were a couple drawers in the kitchen that almost fell on the floor because the guides were broken. Also, the ice maker does not work and basically filled the floor of the freezer with water. We had to use bags of ice the entire time. They also need a more up to date coffee maker like a kuerig. A few plastic cups would have been great to take to the pool as well. The patio and all the toys, chairs etc were way more than we expected and were a nice touch. Other than the things that needed attention, I would highly recommend this place.

    We stay at tides 611 a week after hurricane Michael hit Florida. The condo showed no evidence of a hurricane.
    The furniture s been well taken care of, the kitchen was stocked with your basics, and the balcony was amazing.
    We enjoyed the pool, long with the bar and grill.
    We will definitely be staying here agai.

    Had an awesome stay in this place. Plenty of space both inside and outside on the balcony. Lots to do on the beach and nearby facilities. Kitchen had enough essentials to make meals easy and quick when we wanted. Entire rental process was as simple as possible too! Great experience all around!!

    Always a beautiful time with many annual acquaintances
    As 7th winter here. The beach is most unique. A blessing to be able to escape the fridgid temps of Minnesota.

    We've stayed at Tops'l for the past 5 years. We love the location. This condo was updated and decorated nicely. Our only problem was that we were unable to use the on site gym. We've used the gym in the past. We workout everyday and it was a bummer having to drive down the road to the Gold's gym.

    Great stay at Tops'l The Tides is a premium development. Unit 611 is very well maintained. Location was great. Being on the end of the row provided extreme quiet. Check in was a breeze. Phone contact with Mngmt Co was very professional. You will not be disappointed.

    The unit was nicely furnished and we had almost everything we needed except coffee filters! We stayed with 3 young kids under 4 and had just enough space and loved that we only had a short walk to the beach. Our only complaint was that the master bedroom bed was incredibly squeaky, making our sleep fragmented and waking our infant in the pack n play next to us. A quieter bed would make the stay that much more comfortable.

    The condo was very clean and comfortable. Great location for daily walks on the beach. My Vacation Haven staff is wonderful. They go above and beyond. I really enjoyed the cookies they gave me for the drive home. I will be back again next winter!
