About the Community of Tides at Tops’l Beach and Racquet Resort
The Tides at Tops’l Beach & Racquet Resort sits beachfront high above the sandy white dunes of the Emerald Coast. This beachfront condominium features private balcony two- and three-bedroom accommodations with plenty of room for family and friends.

Complimentary beach and sports equipment for basketball, shuffleboard and putt-putt can be picked up at the Association office on the ground floor of the Tides at Tops'l building. The Resort fitness center card is not available for purchase with this condo.

Located next to the serene Tops’l nature preserve, Tops’l Resort hosts a quiet private beach for your enjoyment. After you’ve relaxed on the beach, head to the shopping, dining, and entertainment of Destin and Miramar Beach just minutes away. Amenities such as golf, tennis, biking, boating, water sports & more are available locally at additional costs.

    We have stayed at Tops’l and Sandestin properties for years. This one was by far our favorite to date. It was great for me not to have to walk to far to the beach or pool. Summers are brutal and it can be a long walk.
    The condo was stunning. We will definitely be staying there again.

    Overall, we had a great stay! The condo was nice, and a terrific location! We loved the convenience of being right next to the pool and ocean. It was clean and updated. The only thing we didn’t love was the living room couch, not comfortable at all.

    It was like having the penthouse but on the 1st floor. You do not have to deal w a small balcony. It is a huge open patio within steps from the pool. And the closest to the beach access. No elevators to deal with. You simply walk right out. The patio area is totally worth it alone. The furniture was great out there. We always hated lugging our beach stuff thru a maze of hallways and elevators. Soooo easy. DOWN FALLS for us particularly, which had nothing to do our condo were...The beach only allows umbrellas. We were disappointed because we like to set up our canopy. And the bar of the resort closed way too early, and the live music was corny.

    Wow!!!!! We were so happy with our stay in Miramar, Florida. Our condo was so clean and pretty. All amenities were there for our use. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were so nice. A run to a nearby grocery store, and we were set for the week. The beach and pool were so clean and everyone working on site was so nice. We drove to 30A to have dinner and just look around. Overall, we just relaxed at our condo. We will be back next vacation. It was perfect for all our needs.

    The location was fantastic! The beds in the “guest” room are very uncomfortable. A few things we wish we knew... there’s very minimal kitchen supplies, and didn’t have but 1 extra trash bag, no extra paper towels, and only 1 extra roll of TP. Not really a big deal, but wish we knew we literally would need to bring salt & pepper and extra supplies. Overall the experience was fantastic! We will definitely be returning in the future!

    This unit was every bit as beautiful as described. We enjoyed the sea view as well as the easy access to the pool area. We spent much time on the patio, enjoyed the pools, the pickle ball courts, and the mini golf course. The beach is steps away. In previous years, we stayed at three other apartments in Sandestin, all wonderful, but this unit took the prize for being the perfect spot for our family vacation.

    This condo is just like the pictures. Spectacular! The first floor walkout was so convenient, and we never used an elevator our entire stay. The resort surprise we weren’t expecting was the bar/restaurant just steps from the patio door. That sealed the deal for me that this is my favorite condo in Destin.

    This unit had it all! We loved having the beach and pool right outside the door. The unit was beautiful and spotless and had everything we needed. We had the best time! Would definitely recommend it to anyone and would love to visit again!

    My husband and I have stayed here for several years and we always looked forward to it. Sadly, he passed this year but I was fortunate enough to have a friend accompany me this year. I was hesitant due to the memories of past vacations, however, the owners have completely updated the decor and it is spectacular. We share the same decorating taste, so I felt right at home and I know my husband would have loved it, too. Just a few steps from the pool and two restaurants onsite-what more could you want? I hope to continue my annual vacations there for many years to come.

    We absolutely loved this newly remodeled condo, the new kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful! The condo location is superb where you can walk outside to the pool, beach and poolside restaurant. We loved the amazing view and and can’t wait visit again, thank you for the wonderful stay!

    We loved both the Tides and this particular unit. The first floor walkout patio was super convenient. It was close to the pools but still offered a great view. All newly remodeled kitchen and baths. Beautiful!

    I have 5 girls ages 3-16. We had the best vacation ever. The location had the best access to the pool, beach and the bar. The condo was amazing. Will definitely be coming back here.

    We have stayed in this condo for approximately five years now and always look forward to returning. This year was especially nice, considering Hurricane Dorian turned East just before our arrival date. We couldn’t have asked for better weather! Topsl is such a nice resort, too. We saw deer near the reserve’s edge almost every night at dusk. We will definitely be returning next year.

    We have stayed in this building for many years and this specific unit multiple times. We love the convenience of being on the first floor with having younger children. I would recommend this unit to anyone. I would recommend updating the living room furniture as they are getting a little worn. We will definitely rent again!

    We were happy with the property, location and My Vacation Haven group. Condo was nice and clean. Few updates are needed in bath rooms and with some of the area rugs/furniture but kitchen & floor seemed newly updated. A few "salty" employees on the property; one female bartender is very unpleasant (worked on 6/21); I was unhappy the tip was automatically added, she did not earn it. The rest of the bartenders & waitresses were great! The security guard on Friday night was unhelpful as we were trying to get the shuttle to Ocean Club. Fortunately the maintenance stepped up to help!
