My family pf 5 visited last May and in my sadness of leaving, I completely forgot to leave a review. Until today, when I searched my inbox for the place that I long to return to and I came across the review email. So my apologies. I want to say, anyone overwhelmed with the amount of properties on the Google search for the 30A Santa Rosa area, look no more. THIS is THE property. The quietness. The convenience. The affordability. The amount of space you are getting. It has it all. I am not entirely sure that my family had a good enough year (financially) to be able to return but it's the type of property that makes you want to return and not "try a new place". I loved the communication from the management team. I would text and they would reply. And it was NEVER to complain but only to ask questions about where to find something. I was able to vacumn which as someone with a touch of ocd, this stood out for me that a full size vacumn was available. I was able to wash and dry clothes everyday. So you know what that means? You come home woth all clean clothes and beach towels. You're not doing hours of laundry to add to your "back to reality" doom. To the periperty owner, thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us. We took good care of it. For anyone reading this and considering booking, please do the same. Xoxo THE EVANS FAMILY

My family and I had a great experience. The beach access as well the convenience of having a golf cart was great. We enjoyed the living space as well as having a kitchen that had everything we needed to cook a meal .

Condo was perfect! Clean, spacious and beautiful. Loved the comfortable beds. Golf cart was a plus, makes getting to the beach and other places easy. The community was nice and quiet.

Beautiful place! The condo is very roomy, clean and quiet. Area is quiet and in a nice location. Not on the beach, but close and the golf cart makes its so nice to get anywhere you want to go on 30A. Had a wonderful stay, check in/out was so easy and the communication was great! Beach is as beautiful as always!

This property was perfect. Love the condo. It was comfortable and spacious and well decorated. It was not on the beach, but having a golf cart to get to and from the beach made it a little adventurous. The two 17 year olds with me loved it. It is such a nice golf cart that it was like having another vehicle. The beach access at Dune Allen was clean and well kept. It just needs a lot more parking. A little farther down the road is a service/convenience store that has reasonable gas and necessities for the condo. The area is quiet and I felt comfortable letting the girls go to the beach alone. All of the check in/out was done by email and we did not have to hassle with stopping and checking in. Having a keypad meant that we could come and go without wondering who had the key and we did not have to keep up with a key.

This condo was perfect. I had reservations because of a previous review. I took my daughter, her 17 year old daughter and her friend. The girls thought the golf cart was sooo cool. In this community, they could run to the beach or convenience store or even out to lunch by themselves without us worrying. They felt independent and we didn't have to go with them if we wanted to do something else. The golf carts have headlights and blinkers for safe travel day or night. A few amenities are provided for the dishwasher and clothes washer which was unexpected. They also leave shampoo, conditioner, lotion and the all important aloe vera gel! But word to the wise, bring salt and pepper. We did not think of this. Check the weather. I had never seen a double red flag. This was the case most of the time we were there. You cannot even walk on the wet sand because of the danger! Good time to check out the pool that is just across from the condo.All in all we enjoyed our stay very much. It is a quiet neighborhood.
