Stylishly decorated with beachy whites and coastal décor as well as earthy neutral tones in the living space and kitchen, this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom single family unit will be your new favorite place to be. And even better – it overlooks the Baytowne Golf Course AND includes a golf cart!

The main living area has an open floor plan. White walls brighten the space and tastefully add contrast to the kitchen’s cabinetry and other deep, earthy features in the home. A wall of picturesque windows overlooks the screened porch, which boasts endless golf course views. It’s the perfect place to sit and enjoy a cup of morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

The dining table seats four guests, while the counter bar has space for an additional five people, so there’s more than enough room for entertaining the group. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and a coffeemaker. It’s ideal for gathering everyone and discussing the next day’s planned adventures.

There’s space to sleep 8 guests in this Tivoli townhouse. The master is truly elegant with a plush king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a large ensuite bath featuring an oversized walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is equally well appointed with a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en suite bath including a walk-in shower. The third bedroom features two double beds and a flat screen TV, with access to a full bathroom with walk-in shower. This unit also has a laundry area.

Every comfort is at your fingertips and there is so much to do. The private community pool is a short stroll from your front door. The waters of the Emerald Coast are a pleasant walk away. You’re not far from a day of play on the golf course nor the shopping, dining, and entertainment at the Village of Baytowne Wharf. Make sure to hop on the golf cart included with this property and explore everything that makes our Emerald Coast famous!

Overall the experience was wonderful. The only complaint I had was the white sofa had stains. The sofa needed to be professionally cleaned otherwise everything else was wonderful. Will definitely refer to others!

This condo is located in a gated community with easy access by car or golf cart to the Hilton/beach, pool, golf course, putt putt, and shopping/restaurants in Baytowne Warf. Would stay here again.

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. The location gave us access to many additional things to do besides just going to the beach. We sometimes love to stay in after a busy day out to cook and watch movies as a family. The hosts had everything we needed to make us feel right at home to do this. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable.

Family vacation: This is our 3rd stay at the particular property. It is beautiful, well equipped, mattresses are in great shape (we have some with bad backs), kitchen very well stocked. We love having a golf cart!! This area is quiet and peaceful and a great unit for all ages. Plenty of room for our family of 6. A huge shout out to My Vacation Haven Mgmt. We've only had to call twice and once had nothing to do with the property (we forgot wedding rings!!! And, yes, they were turned in!!) They are so quick to respond and send someone out. We will be back in 2025!!

We enjoyed the rental very much. It was very well stocked with supplies in the kitchen for cooking. The only thing we needed, but did not find was a hose hook up to rinse off beach chairs outside. And that could’ve been somewhere and we just didn’t find it.

We have stayed in this unit 2 times since end of April! It is gorgeous on every level. Very well equipped, mattress are in good shape and comfortable! Golf cart is a plus, fantastic location. This has been our favorite unit to stay in for the 30+ years we have been coming. And, a HUGE shout out to My Vacation Haven, my adult daughter forgot her wedding rings and didn't realize it until after we were back home. The staff at My Vacation Haven were so helpful!!!! Her rings were turned in!! We are so thankful!!!
