You’ll take stairs up to the 1st floor of the unit, where you’ll find an open concept main living area with full kitchen, 8-person dining area, and living space with flat screen TV. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, beautiful light wood cabinetry, a breakfast bar for added seating, along with a separate bar pantry with glassware for drinks and wine fridge. From here, take your drinks out to the back screened porch and enjoy views of the fairway as you gather your group around the table to debrief from the beach.

    The townhome was just as the pictures displayed. Plenty of space for a girls trip or family vacation. Everyone was comfortable and had their own space. Parking was a bit of a hassle. We had two vehicles and it would’ve been convenient it there were designated parking. The kitchen was fully furnished with all tools.

    The Tivoli was Excellent!!.. Clean, clean great location, close to restaurants grocery store, liquor store :), and the BEACH!! Management Company was very professional answered all questions. Sent us the locations of beach's things to do etc.. Wish we didn't have to leave, and will definitely be back next year..

    Thank you for a wonderful couples retreat. Our group was celebrating 1st, 2nd and 19 year wedding anniversaries. The pictures of the house doesn't capture the beauty of this townhouse. We visited during Hurricane Ida, so we didn't take advantage of the beach closet. But we did check it out. We'll definitely be returning quest.

    We recently stayed at 5277 Tivoli with our three kids (9,12,16). The house was clean and spacious. The sleeping loft was great for our youngest. It was an easy drive or walk to the beach. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch at the house. We had dinner out a few times- Pizza By The Sea, The Beach House, a restaurant over in the Baytown Village and a Mexican restaurant off of 98.
    The beach closet is well stocked as well. We did rent chairs/umbrellas through the beach service so we didn’t have to worry about finding a spot every morning.

    Golf Trip

    Golf trip was great- the resort had multiple courses and Tivoli was right in the heart of the area. We went to the Village each night for dinner and loved having everything we needed on site.
