Start your mornings on the very large screened porch where lush foliage and glimpses of the community pool and Baytowne Golf Course surround you. The kitchen, dining and living areas all look out onto the porch area and have 2-story vaulted ceilings, offering lots of natural light inside – not to mention the bright and airy ambiance from the updated kitchen bar light fixture.

The beach is just a short stroll, golf cart ride (a golf cart is included with your stay!), or bike ride away, where you and your guests will be lounging with the Florida sun on your shoulders and sugar-white sand. Spend your days by lounging them away. When you need a little break, jump into the beautiful pool available for your use. Refresh and do it all again!

In the afternoons and evenings make plans to cart to the Bayside of the resort where fun for all ages awaits at The Village of Baytowne Wharf. Seasonal concerts, outdoor movies, great shopping and dining options are plentiful.

Back at the townhome, enjoy a completely renovated kitchen with quartz countertops, a breakfast bar, and a plethora of helpful items to make you feel at home. You’ll even have access to a charging station for all of your devices!

The master bedroom has been completely updated with a beautiful quartz double vanity, freestanding soaking tub and glass walk in shower. There is also a clock and bluetooth speaker with a charging station for your use.

We at the best week at Hipnautical! Lots of space for 6 ladies, loved our coffee on the screened in porch every morning, golf cart rides to the beach and late nights in the living room catching up. We had a great time at Hip*Nautic Blue. The house was beautiful inside, everything was clean and it was great the pool was right in your backyard! I would say kitchen could use some containers with lids for storing leftovers and a pizza cutter would be nice Lol! We had one issue with the icemaker not working. We called property mgmt, and they sent someone right out. The Golf cart was so fun! The grandkids loved going for rides. We took it over to Baytown Wharf several times and to the beach as it is a long walk. The only bummer was the beach was crowded, but overall a great experience!

Perfect place for us- my husband and I, 2 cousins and 2 mommas. We all had a bedroom and bath.Well stocked kitchen so we cooked in. That left more time for enjoyment and relaxation. We overlooked the pool from our screened in porch. Pictures on the website are accurate. Bring an extra blanket if someone in the party gets cold easily (there were no extra blankets). Golf cart was very nice and provided a great way to get around We will reserve this unit again for next year’s family vacation.

Absolutely beautiful property perfectly located near the beach and access to the pool. Our 2 families had a wonderful time and would definitely look at coming back again. Only issue was a clog in the dryer vent which kept us from drying clothes. The owner immediately had someone out to repair the issue. Great place for a family vacation.

We had a wonderful time. The golf cart made getting our crew to the beach easy, but we loved having the pool just steps away. The rooms were clean, well decorated, amply supplied, and comfortable. We also loved the back porch with lots of chairs for everyone to sit and catch up on family times, and make new memories . I recommend it and we will plan to go back.

If you’re looking for a fresh, warm and relaxing place to stay then don’t hesitate to book at “Hip*Nautic Blue.”The keyless entry allows for getting in the door hassle-free. The unit is inviting, clean and has a “fully stocked” kitchen. With close proximity to the beach, walking there in the morning was a breeze and refreshing. The 6-seater golf cart is an added luxury, and is always a hit with the family. It’s a fun way to get around the resort, especially into Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard. This is the second time booking with MVH, and each experience has truly been seamless from welcome to checkout. The Unit was beautifully decorated and well-appointed with plenty of towels and starter supplies in each bathroom and kitchen. The couches were so comfortable and roomy enough for all six of us - we really enjoyed lounging there a few nights. Nice outdoor screened in porch with plenty of seating to enjoy your coffee in the morning. The location of the unit was great - super close to the beach by foot or golf cart. Bayside of the resort is close and fun spot with lots of good food and music. Enjoyed some healthy competition on the Pickleball court there too! The beach is gorgeous, and water is crystal clean and calm. Definitely a great set up all around!”

great location withing the resort - easy access to beach, pickleball and basketball. All the dining seating was great for Thanksgiving. The golf cart is very nice! I will say that either the earliest risers or very heavy sleepers can sleep upstairs in the twin beds, if people are up downstairs the noise carries.

Don’t wait book this unit. Elegantly decorated. So nice view of pool and golf course. Accommodations so comfortable. Close to shopping restaurants. We rode bikes, Golfed. I love this place. This was my first trip to Miramar Beach and we weren’t disappointed. The condo was absolutely beautiful with views of golf course and pool. The location was close to many things that you could access with the condo’s golf cart. Many bike trails to enjoy and beach access very close. We would definitely come back and highly recommend.

Our family took a much needed getaway to Sandestin. The accomodations at Tivoli 5265 fit our needs perfectly. It was our second time down and first time in this particular unit. The convenience to the beach, as well as pool, was perfect. Thank you for a great family vacation. I wish the golf cart would have been available for our stay (it was undergoing some repairs), otherwise everything was great!

This unit is beautiful! It is spacious with updated design. The view from the screened-in porch overlooks the pool and the green for the 13th hole on Baytowne. The view is beautiful. My only negatives: bring anything that you want to cook with because the things provided in the kitchen are limited and the bed in the master is super hard and uncomfortable.

Vacation Haven has been one of the most memorable vacations for our family.. Condo was spacious with high ceiling and comfortable couch.. Convenient to the beach, pool and many other attractions! The 6 seater golf cart was a definite plus to go to all amenities in resort..restaurants.. beach.. marina.. shops.. Would definitely do it again.. looking forward to next trip..

This unit is SO spacious. Even though advertised as a 3bd/3ba, its really 4 of each - which is great for our family of 5 kids. Great location - close to beach and easy golf cart ride to Baytowne! Will definitely consider staying at this location again. Would be nice to if it had a grill, but with an enclosed screen porch, I understand why there isn't one.

We returned to this location base on a unanimous family vote after last years stay. The unit is beautiful and our tribe feels at home during our stay. The golf cart is a huge hit with a short trip to the beach and all of the restaurants and grocery stores off of Grand. We typically do breakfast and lunch at the property and this place is perfectly suited. The Gordon’s love his property and will return.

Our return to Tivoli was everything we expected. The unit had plenty of room for the six of us, including the 6-person golf cart. Convenient golf cart access to Baytown, fishing, Publix, and local shopping/restaurants. We enjoy going to State Parks for their less crowded beaches during the day, but late evening walks on the beach are wonderful within the resort. We'll be back!

Wonderful space, you can see the pool from the porch. You did have to walk around the back, as there is no entrance from the condo itself. The appliances were great, but the cookware and utensils came from someone's dorm. Everything worked, and we felt very comfortable. 2 families came, 9 total (one 3-year-old) and everyone had good space. There were some great ocean ttoys that someone had left, and we added ours to the pile, lol.

Great experience and the unit was perfect. The Tivoli pool was. Loses and never repaired while we were there making it difficult for our 4 young grandchildren. The reason we picked Tivoli was the very close community pool

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The only problem we had was that the dryer broke and I was told the day before we left that we would not have one. We only stayed 3 nights so it wasn't a big problem. but overall we loved the place and everything was clean and we had a great stay :)

Loved it. Would strongly recommend however that on units like ours with 10 steps as soon as you enter that at least one handrail be installed. For those of us who are mobility impaired and for the more elderly the current set of 10 steps is very difficult. In fact I fell once durning our stay.
