The large master bedroom with king bed features lots of closet space and a recently upgraded master bath. Family and friends have plenty of space to relax as well with two additional bedrooms and baths.

The in-home washer and dryer make handling any laundry a breeze. Conveniently located, this condo is just a short stroll to the community pool and a brief walk to the beach.

    Condo was in good condition and excellent location. We were very disappointed when the owner elected to remove the golf cart from the deal the week before we arrived. This trip was a long planned birthday gift for my daughter who had invited childhood friends from TX to spend the week with us, having the golf cart was a big deal for her and she was upset. I have to commend My Vacation Haven for their exceptional customer service, especially Pam who went out of her way to arrange a loaner cart. She delivered it personally and stayed in touch the whole week to check on us. We had an amazing week and just love the resort. There were also 4 really happy young ladies who had the freedom to do their own thing. MVH went out of their way to ensure we had the best vacation and we will definitely book through them again.

    We stayed for the entire of Mar 2023. Overall it was a great stay. The condo is in a perfect location and is in pretty good overall condition. The furniture was nice too. We had a hiccup at check-in which was unfortunate and I believe the carpet in the MBR needs to be replaced or at least thoroughly cleaned. We are renting the same unit next Mar, so I guess that’s the ultimate endorsement.

    The condo was nicely decorated and stocked for cooking. I prepared several meals for our family. The space was perfect because we had three different families together . The golf cart was nice to have for a ride to the beach to the grocery store or just to ride around. This was a great fit for our family’s stay in Beautiful Destin.

    The resort is awesome! The condo was nice! The golf cart worked fine. Could use more storage areas in the bathrooms. And more blankets, towels and pillows.

    We truly enjoyed our stay at Tivoli 5258. It was close to the beach and I loved that the pool was directly across the street! The property was very clean and I loved the open floor plan. My Vacation Haven was very prompt with answering my emails and were always polite and friendly. Enjoyed our time on the beach, the pool and Baytown Wharf. We will be back again next year!

    Thanks so much for offering such a great pet friendly rental! The house is very spacious and location next the pool was good for us. Gave 4 stars overall because it would have been nice to have a grill and we did not get the golf cart until Wednesday of our stay. My Vacation Haven was able to get us bikes which was greatly appreciated for the time we did not have the golf cart.

    4 star due to insect issue

    Positive: The property was just as described. Location is right across from the community pool and only a 10 minute walk to the beach or a quick golf cart ride. Having the 6-seater golf cart was a real plus and made getting to the beach or bay side fun and easy. Condo works well for a family. Kitchen has lots of pots/pans/plates/utensils for meal prep. We brought bikes and stored them easily on the back porch. Very large master bedroom and bath with huge walk in shower.
    Highly recommend eating at Stinkey's Fish Camp in Santa Rosa. Best meal while we were there!!
    Negatives: We found inch long centipedes crawling everywhere in the condo. Also, bees were finding their way in from the back porch area. Called property manager and they offered to come spray, but we had a pet and needed to be cautious. We bought bug spray and tried spraying the baseboards but that did not help. A professional treatment is definitely needed when guests are not renting the unit.
    This unit is on the ground floor. The renters upstairs were loud and could be heard walking through their unit.
    Back porch had not been swept or cleaned well upon arrival.
    I would recommend the property. I am sure the bug issue can be easily corrected with a good treatment

    We come to this area every spring. I needed a place that would accommodate our family and a few guests and this was perfect for us. The decor was very pretty, light and relaxing. The bedrooms had plenty of room as well as the bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets (it got a little cool at night!). The whole experience just made me feel like the owners took pride in their villa and I'm so glad they shared it with us!

    it was a great rental. very much enjoyed having a golf cart and also all the beach stuff. only issue was when I booked I was offered a 5% discount and the website was offering a 25% discount. When I saw the 25% one I called and asked why I wasn't given that they said I didn't ask for it.
