Unit 5230 is located on the first floor of a Mediterranean style building right on the golf course. Featuring wood flooring, wood panel ceilings, and rustic décor, you’ll settle into vacation mode in no time. The main living space is open concept, featuring a full kitchen with wood panel breakfast bar and stainless-steel appliances. The wood cabinetry and view of the dining area will make you feel like you’re living in the lap of luxury. The dining area features a 6-person dining table and abuts the back patio slider offering great views and ample sunlight, plus 4 stools at the breakfast bar. This space also houses the living room featuring multiple couches, fireplace, and flat screen TV. Enjoy even more seating on the back screened in porch with remote controlled powered retractable screens while you watch the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort® sunsets and the energy of the golf course.

This beachside gem sleeps up to 6 comfortably featuring 2 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa for added space. The master bedroom offers a king bed, flat screen TV, patio access, and walk-in closet for longer stays. This room also features an en suite bath with double vanity sinks and walk-in shower equipped with handicapped rails. Down the hall, you’ll find the guest bedroom featuring a queen bed, flat screen TV and en suite bath equipped with a tub/shower combo. It was a great condo! Very spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated! Loved the screened in porch! Shirt golf cart ride to the beach, Grand Blvd and Baytown Wharf! We had a great time!

We so enjoyed our stay. The unit was roomy & comfortable for 4 adults & our dog (who loved watching from the screened in porch the golfers come & go) And perfect beach access! The kitchen could use some new pots & pans but other than that it’s a great stay! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at 5230 Tivoli in Sandestin. The property is really nice and it met all our needs including the ability to have our little 8 lb. Cavishon to enjoy the experience. Everything mostly great, but a couple of issues. The golf cart, which was a reason for our purchase, was taken away after we had been at the property just a few days. We were given a nasty utility cart as a replacement. Vacation Haven returned the good cart 2 days before we left without any apology. Maintenance could have been done before or after our 2-week stay. The other issue is that we found roaches from time to time.

We had a wonderful stay at #5230 this May. Nicely decorated and updated townhouse. So glad we could bring our dog and she enjoyed our walks around the neighborhood. The golf cart was great and took less than 4 minutes to get to the beach. It was very nice not having to drive our car once in Sandestin. We will definitely stay here again!

This unit sits directly on the golf course and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rental agency was quick to respond to a minor issue with the golf cart.

We were very pleased with our rental. It was such a nice place to stay, it felt like home. The condo was very clean and is one of the best places we have stayed in the Sandestin area. My parents are older and finding a condo that was handicapped accessible was so important... this place did not disappoint. We love this area, it's close to the beach and the golf cart makes getting around so much easier. What a great amenity!

There were a couple of maintenance items that came up while we were there (pipe leak, outdoor screen didn't work) but that is expected with normal use and the management team resolved each one quickly. They were a pleasure to work with.

I would recommend this location to anyone wanting a nice place to get away and be close to the beach and pool. We are already talking about when we will be back! Thank you for sharing your vacation home!

The location of Tivoli 5230 was great. Most days our teenagers occupied the beautiful golf cart which left the adults with a short easy walk to the beach. The unit was clean and we didn't have any issues. It would have been nice to have a blender to make evening cocktails but nothing that we couldn't work around. Would definitely stay in this unit again!
